Welcome everyone.

Thank you once again for choosing to connect with me in this space.

And,

Over the next several minutes,

I'm going to guide you to a space of lightness,

Love,

And ease.

So please allow yourself to find a comfortable position,

Either sitting or lying down,

Keeping your spine erect but relaxed.

And then gently close your eyes,

Allowing yourself to settle.

And let's begin by taking a long,

Slow,

Deep breath in through our nose.

And release.

Beautiful.

Let's do that one more time.

Deep breath in.

And release.

And now,

If you're able to,

I would like you to keep your lips together.

Just make sure your bottom jaw is relaxed.

That tension is melting away.

Your face is softening.

It's good to keep a bit of space between your top and bottom teeth.

And it might help to put your tongue just resting on the back of your top teeth.

You may also allow your tongue to fall to the bottom of your mouth if this is more comfortable.

Now,

As I'm guiding you,

There will be times when your thoughts try to pull your attention away.

And just allow your awareness to come back to your breath when this happens,

Allowing those thoughts to keep drifting away.

As you come back to your breath,

They will continue to drift away.

And just allow.

Keep your awareness on the air flowing into your nose.

As it pours calming life energy into every fiber of your body.

And then back out as you allow it to take with it any stress or uneasiness that was inside your body.

And now,

Just allow your breath to return to a normal,

Slow rhythm.

Allowing your edges to soften.

And allow the you to dissipate.

And the mind to let go.

And any thoughts,

Feelings,

Or emotions that come up,

You simply notice them.

And then allow the attention to return back to your breath.

I'm going to allow you a few minutes to practice this yourself now.

And when it's time to come back,

I'll play the sound of a bell.

Beautiful.

Now you may allow your awareness to come back into your body.

Maybe moving your fingers and toes a bit.

Taking a big breath in.

Releasing.

Just feeling the presence.

You may allow your eyes to open now.

And just notice how,

After just a few minutes,

Your shoulders have softened.

Your stomach muscles have started to relax.

Your heart space starts to feel more open and receptive.

And just know that this peaceful,

Open space is always here.

It's always slowly and softly reminding you.

That you can return to your own oasis of calm and ease.

Despite all of the noise and anxiety we may feel.

When we allow our busy minds to start to control our experience.

But in this space,

There is no need for that control.

No need to worry.

No need for anxiety.

This place of pure awareness allows us to feel our natural state of love.

This is who we all are at our core.

And it is your divine right to be able to come back to this space whenever you choose.

You must only turn to the stillness.

And allow your breath to bring you home.

Namaste.
