Finding stillness when everything is going well leads nowhere. Resilience is built in the midst of chaos. Life in all its textures sweeps us off our feet, and if we allow it, we might be able to find glimpse of comfort, peace and calm in this adventure.

Hi Resilient Sunshine.

Thanks for joining me today again for a new meditation.

Please sit comfortably and find yourself in a very pressure-free position.

So if you'd like to lay down and relax,

Please do so.

Or if you'd like to sit comfortably,

Adjust your position and just be there in order to be present and fully present in this moment.

Now you may notice that there is a lot of noise in the background.

It comes and goes.

And I do like to record like this because life is like that.

Kavik sometimes to ourselves is about finding this moment of peace in the midst of chaos.

And that is so important.

It's so easy to be the best version of ourselves when everything is going well.

When you're in paradise and have the most beautiful environment.

When you're traveling in a retreat in Bali or Costa Rica and everything is so beautiful in the middle of the jungle.

And it's so silent.

You only hear the birds and you can see beautiful,

Beautiful,

Beautiful sceneries.

That's right.

It's amazing.

But the reality of things,

If your day-to-day is quite different,

Is that it is important to find a way to anchor yourself in your present moment.

Even when there is chaos outside and even when it's completely noisy,

Even if your neighbors are very present,

Even if like the cars are honking,

If there's lots of traffic,

If people are talking outside.

So please try to be gentle with yourself,

You know.

Just find yourself in a position that suits and no matter where you are,

No matter how noisy it might get,

No matter what noise in the background we start hearing,

Don't worry about it.

Just be present with your body in that comfortable position that you're in.

And let's go.

And whenever you feel ready and cozy,

You can close your eyes.

Ah,

How it feels great to just be there for a second,

You know.

Take a couple of conscious breaths where you are fully present whilst you're breathing in and fully present whilst you're breathing out.

And right there take a couple of more deep breaths as you feel like it.

And allow me to suggest to you today to accompany me on a trip where we're going to travel together.

As you're sitting or laying down,

Being in any position that makes you feel the most comfortable right now,

Allow your mind to be guided by the sound of my voice and allow yourself to declutter.

Nothing from the past matters right now.

Nothing from the future matters yet.

Right now we're about to embark on a little journey.

Notice the sound in your background.

Do you hear the honking?

Do you hear voices?

Pay attention to a couple of things around you that you can notice.

Standing construction work nearby.

And allow that noise or that silence even to kind of fade in the background.

Because now we are heading to visualized walk.

As the sound fades in the background,

Start picturing trees all around you.

Finding yourself in the middle of a forest on a very very clear path ahead of you.

You know how it can get bushy sometimes and the trail isn't always visible?

This one is clear.

Perfectly aligning the path ahead of you.

You can smell nature a little bit.

You can smell the wood of the trees.

You can almost hear the branches crack.

Perhaps even feel this little breeze on your cheeks.

Fresh air.

As you continue to walk down this path.

You arrive at a crossing.

And on your left.

You start seeing some sand forming on this path.

Let's take this sandy path and continue walking down there.

Forest is less and less dense.

The trees are getting sparse.

And of course.

You start feeling the sand under your feet.

As you continue walking the rest of this path.

The air starts getting cooler a little bit.

It's getting cooler and you can start hearing really in the background.

The sound of waves far far away still.

And you continue.

And you continue walking down this path.

Finding yourself on a beautiful beach.

The most beautiful beach you've ever seen.

With the finest sand.

Just warm enough.

To keep you comfortably in there.

Yet it's not burning you.

And you can confidently continue walking down the beach.

Getting closer and closer to the water.

You can smell the seaside now.

Fully.

And you can hear the waves crashing on the shore a little louder.

The waves are licking the sand.

And you're not there yet.

Choosing to pause here.

And to sit down there.

In the middle of this beach.

You can feel the sun on your skin.

Warming up your cheeks.

Warming up your smile.

Hmm.

Take a couple deep breaths here and.

Think about.

Yourself.

Some place.

That makes you feel comfy.

Some place where you feel comfortable.

And completely safe.

Right now on that beach where we travelled to.

Let yourself be guided.

To this little cocoon of safety.

No matter where it might be.

Let yourself be transported.

In this space.

Space where nothing can catch you.

Space where nothing can disrupt your peace.

A space where you can just be.

Unapologetically.

Allow yourself.

To feel completely at ease.

In this space.

If you wanted to wiggle there.

Just wiggle.

Wiggle until your heart's content.

Enjoy this space.

It's your space.

Allow yourself and your body.

To come up with.

Whatever might come up.

In this safe space.

Without trying to change anything.

Without trying to.

Amend your feelings.

Or transform the emotions.

That are showing up.

Just take the time.

To be in them.

To feel them.

To be.

Just be.

That's right.

Just be.

Take your time.

Here.

Take your time.

To let whatever came up.

Just.

Float freely.

Flow through your body.

Fully.

Sit with it a little longer.

Just there.

Let it arrive fully.

Allow it to happen.

Allow these emotions.

To erupt if they need to.

This is your sacred space.

Your safe space.

You're safe.

You are.

Safe here.

You're safe to be.

You're safe to feel.

Just let it occur.

Allow it.

Allow it to happen.

And you might.

Feel a bit emotional.

And that's alright.

Allow yourself to.

Surrender to this moment.

In the safety of your cocoon.

Whatever the scene might be for you.

You can choose to hold yourself.

In your arms.

Rubbing yourself gently.

Holding yourself tight.

In your own presence.

Give yourself this nourishing hug.

As you're letting your emotions.

And your feelings.

And whatever memory came up here.

Just let it be.

Allow it to be expressed.

In this moment.

And just.

Hold yourself there.

For a moment.

There's no judgement.

There's no rush.

No obligation.

No expectation.

There's just you.

And this specific emotion that came up.

And your safe space.

Where you are holding yourself.

At the moment.

Take a couple of deep breaths in.

Breathe in.

The safety of your cocoon.

And breathe out.

All the surcharge.

Of emotions.

That you might feel right now.

Just let it all out.

And let it all out.

Slowly.

And tenderly.

Allow it to.

Surrender to itself.

In the walls of the space.

That inspired you safety.

Allow yourself to let go.

Completely.

And fully.

Completely.

Wholeheartedly.

There's so much we don't allow ourselves to do.

So much we don't allow ourselves to be.

Here.

You dictate the rules.

Squeeze your shoulders a little bit more.

As you're remaining in this little nourishing hug.

And squeeze tighter here.

Just hold yourself very tight here.

For a few seconds.

Hold yourself so tight.

You're there for yourself.

You're not letting yourself go.

You are present.

You are showing up.

You are here to hold yourself in the safety net.

No matter what comes up.

No matter what came up for you.

You know that you can count on yourself.

In this space.

In this moment.

You're there.

Tell yourself.

I'm here.

I'm here for you.

I'm here for you.

And squeeze yourself.

Gently.

One more time.

A couple more if you feel like it.

And get ready to.

Surrender.

Completely.

And let go of these emotions.

Completely.

And get ready to.

Let this safety cocoon.

Let it be as well.

And step out of it.

And come back to this beautiful beach.

Where we're sharing a wonderful moment together.

Get back to the sunshine on this beach.

And the rays caressing your cheeks.

And the heat warming up your body.

Feel the sunshine love.

Allow yourself to smile.

Allow yourself.

Allow yourself to just be in this.

Be in this space.

Getting ready to leave this beach.

To return to the forest.

Slowly taking your time.

Slowly appreciating.

Every step in the sand.

That is taking you to walk back to that path.

Every single step.

Where everything still feels at ease.

At peace.

At peace.

As you're getting back on the path.

You're getting deeper and deeper in the forest.

The sound of the waves is fading again.

The smell of the sea is now only a memory.

And whatever noise was around you in that room where we began.

Starts manifesting again.

The noise of the cars.

The chatter of the neighbours.

Life.

Just life around you.

You find yourself in your initial position.

And you're getting back into your body.

Starting to move a little bit.

Gently.

Feet.

Your ankles.

Your fingers.

Your wrists.

Just gently.

Get yourself back in this body.

Allow yourself to be back from our travel.

And whenever you're ready.

Feel free to open your eyes.

Or even stay there for a moment.
