Let me take you to this journey within today to embrace all parts of you,

To embrace everything that you have within you,

The power,

The courage,

The strength,

The resilience and also the fear.

In this practice,

We are going to try to integrate everything within us with awareness,

With gratitude,

With love and try to embrace all parts of us.

So,

Let's begin by sitting comfortably with your back supported,

Shoulders relaxed and just gently moving our attention to our heart area,

Bringing both your hands towards your heart and then gently breathing in,

In the space,

Allowing your breath to soften in your heart,

Just bringing in our energy and our attention to our heart and then holding it and asking yourself,

How am I feeling today?

How am I feeling today?

And just being honest with yourself,

How am I feeling today?

Just allowing yourself,

Your heart to speak to you and just honouring whatever comes up for you today.

Just meeting yourself for where you are in this very moment and as we meet ourselves for where we are,

Let's embrace and acknowledge ourselves just the way we are today.

I acknowledge all my feelings today.

I embrace all my feelings today.

I accept myself for who I am today in this moment.

All the feelings,

All my emotions today.

I see all my emotions and my feelings today.

I am opening up space within me to allow all my feelings,

To allow all my emotions today.

I am no longer trying to shove them away or push them away or distract myself.

I am opening up space within me in this moment to allow it all.

I am releasing any judgements towards myself in this moment.

I release the need to be different,

To be somebody else,

To be something else in this moment.

I give myself permission to feel it all.

I give myself permission to feel it all.

I give myself permission to see it all.

I give myself permission to allow it all.

And as I make space and as I allow my feelings to come forward,

I choose to see them all just the way they are.

I allow myself to be raw,

To be vulnerable.

I give myself permission to just release it all.

I release the need to be fixed.

I release the need to run away from this.

And in this moment,

I choose to embrace it all.

I choose to embrace it all within me.

I choose to embrace all these feelings,

All these insecurities and everything within me.

I choose to embrace all parts of me.

I choose to embrace the part of me that I am not so proud of.

I choose to embrace the part of me that feels not enough.

I choose to embrace part of me that feels weak.

I choose to embrace the part of me that feels dark.

I choose to embrace the part of me that is still struggling.

I choose to embrace the part of me that feels triggered and worked up sometimes.

I choose to embrace my anger,

My pain,

My rage,

My hurt.

I choose to honor my anger,

My pain,

My hurt.

I choose to embrace the part of me that feels unloved and unhealed.

I choose to embrace the part of me that is still trying so hard to fix the broken pieces within me,

To gather the fragmented pieces of my soul.

I choose to embrace it all.

I choose to embrace my courage to move through my pain,

To move through my emotions and to move through my past stories.

I choose to embrace the fact that it's not easy,

It takes time.

I choose to embrace that sometimes I forget that this love and gratitude exist within me.

I choose to forgive myself.

I choose to love myself.

I choose to embrace the part of me that still feels lonely sometimes.

I choose to love that part of me.

I embrace all my emotions in this moment.

I embrace my strength and my courage and my resilience.

I embrace my healing journey.

I embrace the power within me.

I embrace all my shadows within me.

I embrace the light within me.

I embrace all of me.

I love all of me.

I choose to embrace my wholeness in this moment.

And as we come to the end of this meditation,

I want you to wrap your arms around yourself and give yourself a hug.

Allow yourself to be loved in this moment with your entirety,

With your wholeness because you are enough,

Just the way you are.
