Back with another music meditation just to soothe,
Just to relax,
Just for you.
If you've been feeling stressed,
Overwhelmed,
Anxious,
Depressed,
Lonely,
Bored,
Or perhaps even joyous,
Loving,
Peaceful,
Playful,
Grateful,
Or somewhere in between.
Whatsoever you feel is a-okay.
We're gonna take some deep breaths and see if we can go beyond our emotions,
Beyond the thoughts,
Into a place of awareness.
That being said,
Getting comfortable,
Becoming aware of how you're set.
You're safe to close the eyes,
Tuning deeper inside,
Witnessing and welcoming all that's inside,
Like an old friend.
Dropping the shoulders,
Relaxing the belly,
Relaxing the face,
Relaxing the hands and feet,
Feeling the stillness of the ground beneath you,
Feeling rooted like a tree.
Taking a deep breath,
And a deep exhale.
Breathing into the belly.
And exhale,
Deepening love,
Expanding love inside.
And exhale,
Expanding trust,
Deepening trust inside.
Feeling a warm,
Trusting energy spread through the body and mind,
Dissolving fear,
Dissolving worries,
Anxieties,
As you come back to trust in the unfolding of life.
Breathing in.
Seeing the face,
The jaw,
The lips,
The forehead,
Relaxing the eyes.
Breathing in.
Exhale,
Deepening compassion inside.
Becoming aware of your posture as you breathe in.
Dropping down from the head into the heart space.
I want you to visualize your heart opening,
Becoming more luminous,
More receptive,
More intuitive.
Simply resting in awareness,
As you give your mind total freedom to think.
The color for today is 1011,
And the animal is a silverback gorilla.

Wishing you an abundance of love,
Resourcefulness,
Creativity,
Consciousness.
Sometimes it's difficult to do just the basics of our day.
The very simple things like getting our exercise,
Eating well,
Going to bed at a reasonable time.
And when we don't attend to these basics,
These little things,
You will be able to notice that your mind becomes tense,
Critical,
Judgmental,
And it doesn't help the situation.
So if you're struggling with the little things,
Just doing the very basics,
Instead of becoming overly critical or very hard on yourself about it,
You can smile,
You can laugh,
And you can trust that even this is having its own purpose.
Trust your body,
Trust your mind,
And also trust your awareness,
Which goes beyond both of those,
Which goes beyond how well you performed today,
How well that you stay focused today.
There's something underneath all of that,
Which is aware.
When you're focused,
When you're not focused,
When you're happy,
When you're sad,
Something is aware of the passing of those thoughts,
Those emotions,
Those feelings,
Resting in that awareness more and more.
And with that,
