Welcome my friend.

You're tuned in to OMHAIKU.

I'm your host Mamoun.

Back with another music meditation just to soothe,

Just to relax,

And just for you.

If you've been feeling fed up with life,

Fed up with your mind,

The ever-changing emotions,

Experiencing insecurity about a relationship,

Feeling jealousy,

Lack and limitations,

Anger,

Depress,

Addiction,

Feeling confused and unmotivated,

Perhaps even joyful,

Loving,

Peaceful,

Harmonious,

Playful,

Inspired,

Whatsoever you feel is a-okay.

We're going to take some deep breaths and see if we can come to a place of awareness,

Beyond the pain,

To feel some more space inside.

That being said,

My friend,

Getting comfortable,

Becoming aware of how you're sat.

You can close the eyes if you like,

Bringing more awareness to your inner world.

Taking a deep breath in.

Inhaling into the belly.

And exhale,

Relaxing the belly.

Inhaling new life,

New energy.

And exhale,

Old life,

Old energy.

Breathing in trust.

Exhale,

Letting go of fear.

And exhale,

Letting go of jealousy,

Insecurity.

Doing good,

My friend.

Stay with me,

Aware of your posture as you breathe in.

And exhale,

Letting go of fear,

Self-doubt,

Hesitation.

Coming back to faith in yourself as you breathe in.

Relaxing the belly.

Dropping the shoulders away from the ears.

Feeling your face relaxed.

Letting go of tension in the jaw,

In the hands.

Feeling the stillness of the ground beneath you as you breathe in.

Feeling the breath drop down from the chest to the bottom of the stomach.

Dropping down from the mind into the heart space.

Opening the heart as you breathe in.

And breathe out.

If your mind has been wanting to think,

Now is the time,

My friend,

To let your mind be totally free to think.

So happy you would join me today,

Across time and space,

Seeing your encouragement on your path.

Keep going,

Keep believing in yourself.

Be sure not to have a defeatist mentality,

A victim mentality.

Empower yourself to overcome,

To hold faith that you can go beyond these obstacles,

These challenges,

These fears.

To love,

Coming back to trust as you breathe in.

Softening the belly,

Opening the heart,

Relaxing the shoulders,

Relaxing the hands,

Feeling the stillness of the ground beneath you.

The color for today is dark blue.

It's 1900.

It's a baby hippopotamus.

I thank you for joining me across time and space.

Sending you a big hug,

My dear friend.

Wishing you an abundance of love,

Resourcefulness,

Creativity,

Consciousness.

Being meditative is the goal of these meditations.

Not just to feel super calm and relaxed for 20 minutes or 15 minutes,

But to actually carry that into our day and be more aware of how we're moving through all the different things that we do in our day.

Seeing how meditative we can be so that we don't fall into the traps of suffering,

Getting angry,

Getting afraid,

Getting worried.

And instead we can actually see that thought process and shift from the fear back towards love,

Back towards trusting.

Trusting is not just saying,

Okay,

Whatever happens,

Happens,

And that's okay.

It's more about doing your best,

Going through your day with as much awareness as you can,

Recognizing that not everything is in our hands.

So we take what's in our hands and that which is out of our control,

We trust that it's playing a part for our growth,

For the betterment of who we are.

That's how I relate to trust at least.

It's taking an initiative while having faith in the things that are beyond our control.

And with that,

I will see you back here tomorrow with love.
