Welcome my friend,
You're tuned in to OMHAIKU,
I'm your host my moon,
Back with another music meditation,
Just to soothe,
Just to relax,
Just for you.
If you've been experiencing anxiety,
Stress,
Overwhelm,
Loneliness,
Depression,
Perhaps you've been joyous,
Playful,
Relaxed,
Peaceful,
Or somewhere in between,
Whatsoever you feel is a-okay,
We're going to take some deep breaths and see if we can come back to faith in the unfolding of our day.
That being said,
My friend,
Getting comfortable,
Becoming aware of how you're sat,
You can lie down or sit up,
Whatever you like,
You're safe to close the eyes,
Tuning deeper inside,
Witnessing and welcoming the mind,
Your energy,
Any emotions present,
All is welcome,
Like an old friend,
Taking a deep breath in,
Relaxing the belly,
Relaxing your shoulders,
Relaxing the hands and feet,
Opening the heart's base,
As you breathe in,
And breathe out,
Taking a deep breath in,
Deepening love inside,
Expanding love inside,
Feeling fear,
Self-hatred,
Simply dissolve in the face of the love that's already inside you,
Breathing in trust,
And exhale,
Deepening trust,
Expanding trust,
Breathing in compassion,
And exhale,
Deepening compassion,
Expanding compassion,
Breathing into the belly,
Softening the face,
Softening the chest,
Bringing more awareness to your spine,
Feeling a beam of light shooting up the spine,
All the way to the top of your crown,
Visualize this warm beam of light shooting up the spine,
All the way to the top of the head,
Spreading into the mind,
Filling the mind with light,
Clarity,
Becoming aware as you hold the breath,
And exhale,
If your mind has been wanting to think,
Now is the time to give your mind total freedom to think,
And letting go of thoughts,
Taking a deep breath in,
Holding that breath at the top,
Feeling your presence as you hold the breath,
And exhale,
Let go,
Letting go of past mistakes,
Letting go of future worries,
Coming back to trust,
Coming back to faith in yourself,
So take a deep breath in,
Deep breath out,
The color for today,
It's bright red,
It's 1400,
Are you ready for it?

Kindness is something we do out of strength,
The real kindness that is,
Not just trying to avoid conflict,
So we're being kind,
But being kind because kindness in its real sense is very similar to love,
Love and kindness go hand in hand,
