Welcome to the sacred moment,

Stillness and presence.

Let's start by finding a comfortable position,

Preferably lying down if that's available to you,

Otherwise seated.

And just begin to allow your body to relax.

Gently closing your eyes and taking a deep breath in through your nose,

Pausing for a moment at the top and exhaling slowly through your mouth.

Let's do this together a few more times.

Inhaling deeply through your nose,

Pausing for a moment at the top and exhaling completely through your mouth.

Feel the weight of your body supported by the ground beneath you,

Connecting you to mother earth.

As you continue to breathe,

Notice the rise and the fall of your chest,

The cool air entering your nostrils and the warmth of the exhale.

Allow each breath to anchor you more deeply into this present moment,

Letting go of any worries or distractions.

Now,

Imagine roots growing from your body down into the earth,

Grounding you firmly into this moment.

With each inhale,

Draw the nurturing energy of the earth and with each exhale,

Release any tension or stress.

Feel your body becoming more grounded and centered with each breath.

You'll now begin a gentle body scan,

Connecting with each chakra as we move through our bodies,

Beginning at your toes,

Bringing your attention there,

Wiggling them around a bit.

And now imagine sending your breath into your toes.

And as you exhale,

Release any tension or stress.

And as you exhale,

Release any tension that you've held in your toes and your feet.

As you continue breathing,

Notice how your breath feels in your ankles,

In your calves,

Your knees,

Your thighs,

Taking your time and releasing any tension that you feel in those areas.

As you make your way to the base of your spine,

Your root chakra,

Representing our foundation,

Our sense of security and feeling grounded,

Visualize a vibrant red light at the base of your spine.

With each inhale,

Feel the strength and stability of this energy center.

And with each exhale,

Releasing any tension or fear.

As we move our awareness up into your glutes,

Your hips,

And just noticing what's there,

Breathing deeply,

And then making your way to your lower abdomen,

Just below your belly button,

To your sacral chakra.

This chakra is associated with creativity,

With pleasure,

And emotions.

Imagine an orange light growing in this area.

As you breathe,

Inhale the warmth and creativity,

And exhale any stagnation.

Now,

Slowly bringing your awareness to your back,

Noticing what's there,

And then back around to your upper abdomen,

Around your stomach,

Noticing the rise and the fall of your belly with each breath.

Inhale deeply,

Filling this area with calm and clarity,

And exhaling any tension.

This is your solar plexus chakra,

Associated with our personal power.

This is your solar plexus chakra,

Associated with our personal power,

Confidence,

And self-esteem.

Envision a yellow light radiating from your solar plexus.

Breathe in the power and confidence of this energy center,

And exhale any doubts or insecurities that are holding you back.

Now,

Bringing your focus up into your chest,

Taking a few deep breaths here.

With each breath,

Imagining shoulders softening and your arms becoming heavy and relaxed,

Noticing the gentle expansion with each inhale,

And bringing your attention to the center of your chest,

Your heart chakra.

As you continue to breathe,

Allow your heart center to be open inviting in peace and presence.

And as you exhale,

Let go of any tightness or heaviness that you've been holding,

Shifting our awareness up into your neck.

And as you breathe deeply,

Bring your focus to any areas of tightness or tension.

Imagine sending your breath into these areas,

Gently softening and releasing the knots and stiffness,

Allowing each inhale to soothe and relax your muscles.

And now moving your focus to your throat,

The throat chakra associated with communication,

Expression,

And truth.

Visualize a bright blue light at your throat.

Radiating warmth and clarity.

And as you inhale,

Draw in clarity and truth,

Filling this energy center with light.

As you exhale,

Releasing any blockages or restrictions,

Letting go of any fears or doubts that are preventing you from expressing your true self.

Inhale deeply,

Welcoming clear and authentic expression.

And exhale slowly,

Freeing yourself from anything that hinders your voice.

And move your awareness up into your jaw,

Breathing in to any tightness here,

Allowing your jaw to soften,

Release.

Moving our awareness into our temples,

Using our breath to relax and release any tension found here.

And eventually bringing our awareness to the space between your eyebrows,

Your third eye chakra.

This chakra is associated with intuition,

Insight,

Wisdom.

Imagine an indigo light shining from your third eye,

Illuminating your inner vision.

As you inhale,

Draw in insight and clarity,

Allowing this light to brighten and expand.

As you exhale,

Release any confusion or doubt,

Letting go of anything that clouds your intuition.

Breathe in wisdom and understanding,

And exhale any uncertainties.

Bring your awareness to the top of your head,

Your crown chakra,

Representing the connection to the divine higher consciousness.

Visualize a violet light radiating from the crown of your head.

Breathe into the sense of unity and oneness,

And exhale anything that separates you from your true essence.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

Being here.

Presence is the gift of being fully here now.

It allows us to experience life with a sense of wonder and connection,

Free from the burdens of past anxieties,

Free from worrying about the future,

Free from worrying about the future.

In this moment,

You are whole,

You are enough,

And you are exactly where you're meant to be.

As you breathe in,

Invite a sense of calm and clarity into your being.

As you exhale,

Let go of any thoughts or feelings that pull you away from this moment.

With each breath,

Feel yourself becoming the present and attuned to the here and now.

Presence is a sacred practice,

A way of being that provides peace and clarity.

It's through presence that we can truly connect with ourselves,

To others,

And the world around us.

It's a reminder that each moment is precious,

And that in this moment,

We have everything we need.

As we prepare to bring this meditation to a close,

Take a deep breath in,

Hold it for a moment,

And exhale slowly.

Allow yourself to feel the fullness of this moment,

The richness of simply being here.

When you're ready,

Gently wiggle your fingers and your toes,

Bringing some movement back into your body,

And slowly opening your eyes.

Carry this deep sense of presence with you into your day,

Knowing that it is always available to you.
