Now that you're comfortable,
Softly and gently close your eyes and start to take some deep breaths.
In through the nose and out through the mouth if you can.
Long steady healing calming breaths.
We're using our breath to arrive ready for our practice.
We're using our breath to bring us into the present moment.
To centre us,
To calm us.
Long steady wholesome healing breaths.
Emptying and filling your lungs completely.
On the next inhale,
Hold onto your breath if you can and set your intention.
What do you want to get from this practice?
Holding your breath just for a moment longer.
Holding your intention just for a moment longer.
And now as you sigh out your exhale,
Set your intention free.
Send it out into the universe.
Let it be heard.
Now relaxing your breath completely.
Now becoming aware of your body resting in stillness.
Scanning your awareness up and down your body.
Do you have any aches?
Any pains?
Any tightness?
Any tension?
Does anything feel good,
Loose and open?
How do you feel physically right now?

Now bringing your awareness to your mind.
How do you feel mentally right now?
Is your mind racing 100 miles a minute?

You decide to take your shoes off and ground with Gaia,

Every one walking barefoot towards a temple that's now bathing in the morning sun.
As you head towards the temple,
You can smell the burning of incense.
You're drawing ever closer to the temple.
The sound of the prayer bells are louder and louder,
Resonating deep within your being.
You're nearly there.
You're nearly in the temple.
You're nearly home.
Just a few more steps.
As you reach the temple,
You notice the door is closed.
The door is solid wood,
Ornately carved with symbols of love,
Hope,
Faith,
Compassion and kindness.
You gently push the door open.
As you open the door,
A bright,
Calming white light wraps around your being,
Around your body.
It's calming.
It's warming.
You feel safe,
Connected and love.
As you gently and softly lift your gaze,
You notice a man in the corner,
Meditating,
Surrounded by light.
You're drawn towards him,
Slowly,
Softly,
Gently,
Walking one step at a time towards the man meditating,
Bathed in light.
As you get closer to the man,
You can feel his grace,
His presence.
No words are exchanged,
But you know what he's saying to you.
He's inviting you to come closer,
To sit with him.
You make your way across the temple and you take your seat,
Bathed in light,
Grace.
A sense of deep,
Divine presence washes over you.
You feel bathed in love,
In light,
In grace.
You feel deeply connected to everything,
Everyone.
As you sit next to this man,
This divine being of love and light,
Your body starts to feel lighter and lighter with every breath.
You feel your body becoming one with this light,
This presence.
Your body's fading into the lightness.
You're becoming one with this divine presence.
You're bathed in love.
You're bathed in light.
You are at one with divine presence.
With every breath,
You float higher and higher.
The walls of the temple slowly fade and become one with the cosmos,
The universe.
You're surrounded by stars sparkling brightly.
You're surrounded by divine connection.
You're surrounded by grace itself.
You are at one with everything and everyone.
You yourself are divinity.
Floating,
Feeling,
Sensing,
Love,
Calmness,
Connection,
Divine presence all around you.
You feel at one.
You're floating through the universe.
It's now time to head back down towards the bottom of the mountain.
Now really softly and gently bring your awareness to your breath.
With every exhale,
Your body starts to sink down towards earth.
Slowly and softly.
Every exhale,
You're sinking down towards earth.
You're gently and softly floating into the temple once again.
Turning around and walking towards the door.
As you leave,
Close the door behind you and head towards the trees on the horizon.
Walking through the trees,
Through the forest,
You feel lighter.
You feel a sense of joy and happiness.
You feel at ease,
At one.
Heading down towards the river.
On the horizon,
You can see home.
Slowly and softly,
One step at a time.
Heading towards your home.
We're moving ever closer.
Remembering where you are and what you're doing.
Keeping your body still.
Your eyes closed.
Becoming aware of your body lying in stillness.
Your body is rested,
Rejuvenated.
Now gently becoming aware of the edges of your body.
The tips of your toes,
The crown of your head and everything else in between.
Keeping your eyes closed.
Softly,
Gently start to wake your body up.
Stretching,
Moving in any way that feels right.
Gently bringing your awareness back to your body.
When you're ready,
Slowly and softly making your way to a seated position.
Taking your time.
Slowly bringing your hands to a prayer posture and rub your palms together.
Build some heat,
Some friction.
Now place your hands over your face and eyes.
Feel that warmth radiate across your face.
Slowly and softly start to open your eyes.
Taking time to get used to the light in the room once again.
Now sinking your hands to a prayer posture.
Bow to yourself.
Honor your practice.

This is one that just brings one back home πβ¨οΈI am feeling so very grounded and relaxed. One thing I enjoyed, and wish to continue with, is the 108 breathes, I felt the compulsion to say Aum on the out breathes.
