Welcome everyone to this meditation which is a connection to the sacred room space,

A connection to the the sacral chakra and ultimately a connection to some of our deep room and sacral desires.

As always,

Finding a nice comfortable seat or lying down position that's going to feel really good and soft and relaxing for you.

So also making sure that your body temperature is going to be nice and warm so if you want to wrap yourself in a blanket please feel free to do so.

I'd love for this meditation to be as nourishing and as supportive as is possible for you.

Once you find your nice position seated or lying down I invite you to just gently close your eyes or take a light gaze and then place one hand just on the heart and the other hand just on your belly taking just a nice big arriving breath in and a releasing breath out the mouth.

Again nice big arriving breath in and a releasing breath out.

One more of those nice big breath in and a releasing breath out.

And just gently allowing the flow of the breath just to move in and out the nostrils as you just feel a connection with the breath and feeling a connection with your body moving with the breath.

As you inhale you might notice a gentle rise of the belly.

As you exhale maybe just naturally drawing that belly in towards the spine.

And as you're breathing just noticing all points of contact where your body touches the ground,

Touches the earth.

And just noticing,

Just developing an awareness of your body in the space in the room that you're in as well.

And just observing with a sense of curiosity,

Just noticing,

Just witnessing and just allowing whatever that arises in this meditation to come up.

And I'd love for you to witness and to hold yourself and to support yourself through this meditation.

We're going to be inviting in a discussion with the womb now.

So as you're breathing I'd like you to notice as you inhale just noticing a rise just in the sacral belly space,

The womb space of the space below the belly button.

And then as you exhale just gently drawing that lower belly in towards the spine.

And as you're just breathing into this womb space now,

I'd like you just to connect with how this part of your being body is feeling.

So how do you feel in your lower abdomen physically?

Does it feel soft and relaxed?

Or do you feel sort of any tightness,

Any tension,

Any restriction?

And there is absolutely no right or wrong way to feel here.

We're just holding some space to connect with a felt sense of awareness of how we're feeling in our womb space physically.

And there's much wisdom in the womb.

The womb is a space of creativity,

Of desire,

Of deep pleasure.

But it is also a space,

An energetic space that can hold on to tension and trauma,

Grief,

Anger and frustration.

So whatever has been arising over the last couple of weeks for you will be energetically held and physically held in your womb space.

And perhaps this is the first time you've connected with the womb in this way.

Perhaps this is the first bit of information that you have connected with around the womb and how the womb holds our feelings and our emotions.

So as you continue to breathe into this lower belly space,

Into the womb space,

Just really starting to recognise that your womb holds so much wisdom.

It holds the wisdom of your body,

Of your being.

It holds the wisdom of your desires.

And it also holds the wisdom of your pain and suffering.

Finally,

The womb is a direct connection with Source,

With the cosmic universe.

So physically the womb births babies into this it births souls into this world.

And those souls are coming from Source.

So this womb that women have in their bodies is that direct connection.

So the womb is a source of creation,

Manifestation physically for babies but also creatively in terms of projects that we want to birth into this world.

So as you're just breathing into the womb again,

Just really noticing what sensations are arising.

And then we're going to directly speak with our womb.

What are you feeling today?

What do I need to know in this moment?

What emotions are you feeling?

I'd like you to visualise,

So with this one hand on your womb,

This hand is the soft nurture,

The soft support,

The loving awareness,

The unconditional love that you have for your womb and its wisdom and its feelings.

So however the womb has responded to you,

Whether that is in a thought,

A vision,

In words or someone speaking to you,

Just gently reassure the womb that it is all valid,

It is safe to express how it's feeling.

You're connecting with this part of yourself which has been wanting to be heard for a long time and that part of you always just wanted to be seen and to be heard and to be listened to.

The descent into the darkness of the womb is a descent into our shadow.

Normally we can't see our shadow.

But when we allow ourselves to connect with the shadow,

We have direct communication with the shadow,

We hold space for the shadow without judgment,

We bring it into the light and letting go of that judgment and just with love and kindness and compassion,

Holding the shadow in the womb with so much love,

Becomes your greatest power.

It is your shadow that makes you stronger.

And when we directly connect with the womb and allow it to express itself,

We are just releasing and letting go of any repressed emotion.

If you felt that at any point throughout this meditation so far,

Any emotion has come up for you or you feel emotional now,

Just really tuning into some of your pain,

Some of your suffering,

Some of your anger,

Frustration of yourself or how you've been treated,

Just gently,

Just give yourself just a loving hug,

Just softly rocking the body.

And if you feel there is an emotion in your throat,

You need to release,

You need to let go,

This is an invitation to do so.

You are in a held space,

A space just for you and your room.

If you're feeling emotion and anger arising,

But you can't pinpoint exactly the memory that is related to,

Connected to,

That is okay.

We carry ancestral pain and ancestral trauma in our womb.

And you're just working through your channeling,

Transmuting the energy of your ancestors.

You can be the one to break the pain and the suffering through expression.

Just keep this nurturing,

Nourishing,

Soothing connection with your womb.

If you feel the need to scream or shout as well,

The invitation is there to do so.

If you want to hug a pillow or a cushion too,

You can also do that in this moment.

Just continuing to hold this space of love and tenderness,

Allowing this part of you to be seen,

To be felt and to be heard.

Okay,

And just taking both your hands just onto the womb now.

Just take a nice big breath in,

Sending that breath down into the womb space.

Exhale,

Eye at the mouth,

Just letting go.

Gonna take two more of those inhale.

Let it all out.

One more of those inhale.

Softening the breath,

Softening the lower belly now,

The womb.

Maybe give it a soft,

Nice rub now.

Maybe just in a clockwise direction.

And then just gently in this moment,

Thanking your womb.

For its wisdom and for showing you what you needed to hear,

To feel,

To see and to be in this moment.

The womb is the space of emotion and feeling.

The womb are the sacred waters that we flow through.

And sacred waters are fluid and fluidity wants to move,

It wants to shift.

So when there is stagnant energy in the womb,

Stagnant emotion,

Repressed emotion,

The sacred waters of the womb want to shift and to move.

Softening through the womb now with soft,

Steady breaths.

Taking an inhale for 1,

2,

3,

4.

Exhale,

Eye at the nose,

Soften the womb for 1,

2,

3,

4.

Inhale for 1,

2,

3,

4.

Exhale for 1,

2,

3,

4.

Keep this steady breath now.

With each breath,

Just really feeling this soft,

Fluid connection to the womb.

Seeing the gentle flow of the sacred waters of the womb.

At the same time,

Feeling a grounded connection to the earth through your feet.

Noticing roots that ground you down,

Holding you here with stability and safety.

With each breath,

You begin to draw energy from the earth up into the womb.

You notice a golden energy traveling from the core,

The grid of the earth,

All the way into the womb space.

And that golden light,

That golden energy from the earth is nourishing the womb.

It's giving the womb clarity.

And with that nourishment and clarity,

We're going to connect now with some desires now.

Ask your womb directly,

What is your deepest desire?

Noticing the response.

Ask the womb,

How can I be creative in this world?

Notice the response.

Finally,

Asking your womb,

In what ways can I bring more pleasure into my life?

Notice the response.

Taking another nice big breath in now.

Another sighing breath out.

And whatever the answers your womb gave you,

Really using this as an opportunity to connect more deeply to the desires of the womb,

To bring them into being,

Into manifestation.

Your womb and your soul and your heart know what you need in this life,

What you truly want.

So use this meditation as an activation and a stepping stone towards moving to what it is that you truly want in your life,

Creating the space to be with that.

Gently now thanking your womb for its courage,

For its support,

For its wisdom,

For its love.

And letting it know and promising the womb that you will listen,

You will hold your womb of love and kindness and compassion and allow it to express whatever it needs to through your body,

Through your voice,

Through your emotions.

When the womb expresses its needs,

This helps you to express yourself in your most authentic truth.

Gently coming back into the space that you're in,

Noticing your body on the ground,

On the earth,

Noticing the falls of the room,

Noticing the breath flowing in and out of the body,

Notice the rise and fall of the belly and perhaps noticing a little bit more softness in the womb space.

When you're ready,

Slowly moving the body,

Wriggling fingers,

Wriggling toes,

Rotating wrists,

Rotating ankles.

If you're lying down,

Perhaps gently come to lying in the recovery fetal position,

Giving yourselves just a nice soft hug.

And just recognizing that it is safe to feel and be in your body,

In meditation,

In connection.

Slowly guiding yourselves up into a seat,

Bring the palms together,

Give them a nice good rub.

Take those hands to your face,

Just feel that warmth,

All that energy.

Gently bring the hands to heart center.

Taking a nice big breath in,

And then we're going to churn,

Ooh,

Just for as long as your exhale will go.

Final one,

Inhale.

And just gently opening your eyes when you're ready.

Thank you for joining this meditation today.

Return to it whenever you need this womb connection,

This womb conversation to tap into your desires to support you and guide you in moving forwards.

All my love.
