Welcome to this short moment of stillness.

In a fast-paced life,

We rarely give ourselves a moment to reset,

But even one minute of stillness can shift everything.

There's nothing you need to fix right now.

Just pause and be here.

Drop into your body,

Notice all the places where it meets the world,

Your feet,

Your seat,

Your hands,

Feel the contact,

The support,

Notice your breath wherever it lands.

No deep inhales yet,

Just awareness.

Just let yourself arrive.

Now take a slightly slower breath in,

And a longer,

Slower breath out,

And again,

A slow breath in,

And a longer,

Slower breath out.

Let the out-breath be your anchor,

Like you're dropping weight into the earth.

Let's regulate.

We'll breathe in a rhythm called box breathing,

Used by athletes,

High performers,

Even the military.

This will reset the nervous system.

We're going to inhale for four,

Hold for four,

Exhale for four,

And hold again for four.

So let's begin.

Inhale,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Hold,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Exhale,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Hold,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Let's go again.

Inhale,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Hold,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Exhale,

Two,

Three,

Four.

And hold,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Repeat that one more time at your own pace.

Now,

Feel the air on your skin,

The weight of your body.

The sounds around you,

Not good,

Not bad,

Just sound.

Let them pass like clouds.

Let everything outside you move while you stay still.

Right here in this moment,

You're already doing enough.

You don't need to push or perform.

You're allowed to pause,

Even now,

Especially now.

Let the next exhale clear the clutter.

Let it remind your body what calm feels like,

What you feel like when you're steady.

Let there be a few quiet breaths.

Let the stillness fill you.

Let this moment become a reset,

A small space between all the noise.

You're already grounded.

Let that settle.

As you slowly return,

Keep this grounded feeling with you.

Let it walk with you into the rest of your day.

You don't need to do more,

Just move from here.

And thank yourself for showing up for these six minutes.

It might not seem like much,

But it is.

If you can find just six minutes each day,

You'll move through life a little lighter,

A little clearer,

A little more connected.

It doesn't take long to come back to yourself,
