This guided breathwork meditation is designed to help calm the nervous system, release tension, and gently bring you back into your body. Using slow, intentional breathing and grounding awareness, this practice supports relaxation, emotional regulation, and a sense of inner steadiness. It’s especially helpful when you feel overwhelmed, restless, or disconnected. This is not about forcing calm — it’s about allowing your body to soften, release, and reset at its own pace. Each breath becomes an invitation to let go of what you no longer need and reconnect with your natural rhythm. A simple practice you can return to whenever you need grounding, clarity, or a moment of calm. Best used when you need: • nervous system calming • grounding and regulation • gentle emotional release • reconnection with breath and body

Close your eyes gently.

Place one hand over your heart,

And one hand on your lower belly.

Feel your breath moving beneath your palms.

This is the breath that has carried you through every moment,

Even the ones you thought you wouldn't survive.

Today we practice the phoenix breath,

The breath of release,

The breath of rising.

Slowly inhale through your nose,

One,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Hold softly.

Now exhale through your mouth,

Longer than your inhale,

Like letting go,

Like releasing ashes.

Again,

Inhale,

One,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Hold.

Exhale slowly,

Letting your body melt.

With each exhale,

Imagine releasing tension,

Fear,

Old beliefs,

Shame,

The version of you that no longer exists.

You are clearing space for rebirth.

Now imagine a soft ember glowing beneath your hands,

A tiny spark,

The beginning of your ascent.

Each breath feeds it.

Each breath strengthens it.

You are rising.

Gently.

Quietly.

Powerfully.

Silently repeat.

I release.

I rise.

I return to myself.

Take one final deep inhale,

And a long,

Soft exhale.

When you're ready,

Open your eyes.

You have risen a little more today.
