Anger never disappears as long as we hold on to it.

Tishnathan Tonight we invite you to explore the theme of anger,

A deeply human and complex emotion.

Anger is often seen as a response to threat or injustice,

A signal that something deep within us requires attention and understanding.

It can manifest when our boundaries are crossed or when our expectations are not met.

However,

Far from being only destructive,

Anger holds potential for transformation and growth.

By deepening our understanding of anger,

By exploring its psychological roots,

We can learn to transform it into a positive force,

A driver of change and self-awareness.

We will examine how anger can be an indicator of unmet needs or violated boundaries.

We will also discover how by recognizing and accepting anger,

We can release it constructively.

This meditation will guide you toward a deeper understanding of yourself and toward more authentic and compassionate interactions with others.

Prepare yourself now for a night of restorative sleep.

The meditation will begin shortly.

Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths while focusing on the feeling of calm that is gently beginning to envelop you.

Direct your attention to your scalp,

And perhaps you can feel a wave of relaxation that spreads gently soothing each strand of hair,

Each follicle.

Let this calm extend to your forehead,

Smoothing out all lines of tension.

Direct your attention to your eyes and allow them to relax,

To rest.

Now move to your nose,

Your jaw,

Letting each muscle relax.

Allow your lips to relax and your mouth to open slowly in a state of complete release.

Now descend toward your neck and feel each muscle relax as if a weight was lifted from your shoulders,

Your shoulders themselves lowering,

Releasing all accumulated tension.

Now focus your attention on your arms in their entirety and allow yourself to go through each muscle,

Each tendon,

So that it relaxes and becomes heavier and more relaxed,

A relaxation that carries away all tensions in its path.

Allow your arms to completely surrender to their weight.

Now concentrate your attention on your chest,

Your torso.

Allow them to relax quietly.

Feel your breathing become deeper,

Calmer as each muscle relaxes.

Move down to your abdomen and allow your belly to relax completely.

Breathing naturally and easily as each breath brings more calm,

More relaxation,

Allowing your abdomen to surrender to its own rhythm.

Slide your attention to your thighs.

Feel their contact with the mattress and allow them to surrender completely to the support.

Your knees relax,

Losing all rigidity as your calves in turn.

Feel this wave of relaxation becoming light and calm,

This calm that descends to your ankles.

Feel it infuse into each joint.

Focus on the soles of your feet.

The top of your feet and each of your toes.

They relax completely and shed all weight,

All tension.

Your legs surrender to their own weight,

Melting into a state of total relaxation.

Your attention now moves to your back.

Start with the trapezius and the back of the shoulders.

Releasing the tension accumulated in this area.

Perhaps you can feel a gentle warmth spreading along your spine,

Relaxing each vertebra,

Each muscle surrounding these vertebrae.

The lower back relaxes,

Calming as if a burden was removed from your back.

Each part of your back surrenders to relaxation,

Melting completely into calmness.

Move back up to the back of your head.

Feel the surface on which your head rests and allow this area to relax completely.

Let this relaxation spread again over your face,

Deepening the feeling of calm and serenity.

Now,

Become aware of your body as a whole.

Feel it as a single object surrendered to its own weight,

Bathed in a deep calm.

Your thoughts slow down and merge into this state of tranquility.

You are completely relaxed,

Immersed in a state of deep relaxation,

Of total letting go.

Now,

I invite you to imagine yourself walking on a peaceful path,

Each step bringing you closer to your inner world.

This serene tree-lined path leads you to the depths of your unconscious.

A sensation of calm envelops you,

Preparing your mind for a gentle exploration of your deepest and most intimate emotions.

Visualize a safe and soothing place,

A place of your choice,

Your personal sanctuary,

Where you are free to explore your emotions without fear.

Your mind can open,

Each breath widens the doors of your unconscious,

Allowing buried emotions to rise to the surface at your own pace.

Gradually,

Let anger begin to manifest.

Perhaps it can begin to appear as a slight sensation.

If you let it,

It will gain intensity.

Allow it to take form in your mind,

Your body.

What image do you associate with this anger?

Where do you feel it in your body?

Does it have a shape?

Allow yourself to observe this anger with detached curiosity.

If images or memories emerge,

Welcome them as a neutral observer.

Each detail can help you understand and welcome it.

And perhaps you can engage in a dialogue with this anger.

Ask it,

What do you want to tell me?

What is your story?

Let this conversation unfold naturally.

It is in this expression that lies the key to liberation.

Let the images rise,

The sensations,

The emotions.

Just know that when anger manifests,

It does so because it is looking for a way out.

It has not been heard.

Seize this moment to allow it to deliver its message.

I'll leave you a few minutes with music.

Now imagine that you can transform this anger.

Visualize this emotion metamorphosing into something lighter.

Perhaps it dissolves like a mist at sunrise,

Transforms into a source of positive energy.

I now propose that we move to the creative phase of our meditation.

Allow yourself to visualize your future.

A future where you are freed from anger.

See how you no longer react in the same way,

Taking a step back and developing the skill of no longer taking things personally.

In this future,

You have acquired the ability to see the emotion coming,

To choose to distance yourself.

How do you feel in this future where you are now calm and centered?

Visualize and feel how your relationships with others change when you are no longer angry.

Visualize every detail of this future.

Imagine all the sensations with precision.

Enjoy because it is becoming your reality.

You are living these changes now.

You are attracting them to you.

Now take this moment to create this future available to you.

A future that you are ordering from the universe.

Now it is time to let go of this visualization with the assurance that your order is placed,

That the universe is working and conspiring to fulfill your desires.

Now fill yourself with gratitude for this inner journey.

Express your appreciation for the lessons learned and the peace found.

Each breath is a breath of gratitude.

Each heartbeat an echo of your transformation.

In this moment of tranquility,

As your mind's journey comes to an end,

Feel the enveloping softness of sleep approaching.

Your body sinks into a state of deep relaxation.

Each muscle relaxing with exquisite slowness.

You are cradled in a cocoon of well-being.

Each breath is one step closer to rest.

Your mind,

Freed from all tension,

Is carried away by waves of serenity.

Thoughts fade away,

Replaced by a luminous and soothing inner peace.

The pleasant heaviness of your eyelids invites you to yield to sleep,

To surrender to the gentle call of rest.

Let this feeling of relaxation guide you toward a deep and restorative sleep.

Imagine a warm and reassuring light surrounding you,

Transporting you to a world of peaceful dreams.

Each breath is a journey toward a serene and uninterrupted night of sleep.

And if you are not yet asleep,

Allow your subconscious to take over.

Repeat internally the following positive affirmations.
