Welcome.

Close your eyes or allow them to soften.

Feel the body settling into a place of rest.

The steady support beneath you.

The gentle pull of gravity holding you here.

The air touching the skin.

Take a slow breath in through the nose.

And let it drift out slowly through the mouth.

Another breath in through the nose,

Filling the body.

And let it all fall away,

Soft on the exhale through the mouth.

With each exhale,

Feel the weight of the day loosening.

The jaw unclenching.

The shoulders dropping.

The chest and the ribs widening.

And opening.

This is your time now.

Nothing to fix.

Nothing to strive for.

Only to arrive.

You didn't find this by accident.

There are no mistakes in the timing of what appears in your life.

Everything comes when it's meant to.

This moment found you because part of you is ready.

Ready to let go of what no longer serves.

Ready to open to what may yet be discovered.

Take another slow breath in through the nose.

And let it fall away through the mouth.

Bring your awareness to the muscles of the face.

The tiny places that hold so much tension.

And allow the forehead to begin to soften.

Your eyes to rest in their sockets.

Your jaw to relax and unclench.

Allowing the tongue to settle heavy and relax in the mouth.

Breathe in through the nose.

And exhale through the mouth.

Letting the whole face grow heavier and more relaxed.

Awareness moving down into the neck and throat.

The throat wide.

The back of the neck long.

Each exhale a gentle release.

Into the shoulders now.

Sinking.

Sliding down the back.

As if setting down a heavy pack you've been carrying too long.

Arms and hands soft.

Fingers loosening as if they've been holding invisible strings.

And now they simply uncurl.

Breathe in through the nose.

And exhale through the mouth.

Chest and ribs expanding gently.

The heart space unbuckling its armor.

Opening with each slow breath.

Belly soft.

Hips heavy.

Resting fully into the pool of gravity.

Legs releasing.

Knees,

Calves,

All the way down to the feet.

Spreading wide.

Toes ungripping the earth.

The whole body now.

Heavier.

Softer.

More open.

Each breath like a wave washing tension out to sea.

The body soft now.

The breath steady.

The mind quieter.

In this quiet,

Simply notice what's here.

The temperature of the air against your skin.

The rise and the fall of the breath.

Notice the weight of the body resting into the earth.

As if the earth is holding you.

The air moving in and out.

The steady rhythm of being alive.

Simple.

Constant.

Enough.

You might sense subtle currents moving within.

Places that feel easy,

Flowing,

And other places that still hold.

There's nothing you need to change.

Nothing you need to push away.

Just noticing,

Like watching clouds drift across a white sky,

Simply allowing.

Each breath in through the nose.

Each breath out through the mouth.

Opening up a little more space inside you.

As if the breath itself were clearing a path.

With the body soft,

And the mind a little quieter,

You may begin to sense there are still shapes within you.

The traces of names you've been called.

The outlines of roles you have stepped into.

Sometimes they rest like weight upon the shoulders.

Sometimes they cling like fabric across the chest.

Breathing through the nose,

And let it go through the mouth.

Before a few gentle questions,

Know that you don't need to answer out loud.

There's no right or wrong.

Just noticing,

With kindness,

With curiosity.

Who are you when no one is watching?

Who are you when there's nothing to perform,

No title to hold,

No responsibility pulling at you?

Who are you when there's nothing to do?

With each exhale,

Perhaps one of these layers loosens.

The jaw softens.

The shoulders grow lighter.

The chest releases.

Notice how these shapes shift and change over time,

Like chapters in a book,

Or coats worn across the seasons.

They are useful ones.

They may have protected you.

They may have helped you belong.

And now,

In this moment,

They can be seen clearly and chosen from with awareness.

Take another slow breath in through the nose,

And let it fall away through the mouth.

With each exhale,

Imagine one of these layers loosening.

The shoulders growing lighter,

As if something you've carried too long is finally slipping free.

The chest opening like a tight band has been gently unfastened.

Even the skin itself softening,

As if an old layer is ready to be shed.

Like a snake shedding its skin,

Or a tree letting its bark peel away.

Your body knows how to let go when the time has come.

Nothing forced,

Nothing rushed,

Only a natural falling away.

With each breath in through the nose,

Each breath out through the mouth,

Peeling away another layer that is no longer needed.

You may notice a new lightness or space.

Or even silence within.

And if part of you still holds on,

That's welcome too.

There's no pressure to let go all at once.

Even resistance is simply another layer,

And it too can soften in its own time.

With so much release,

What begins to open now?

Is there a sense of space where old layers once clung?

A quiet lightness perhaps moving through the body.

Breathe in through the nose,

And exhale through the mouth,

Letting the space grow wider.

Perhaps you recall moments,

Or even the feeling of being able to be anything at once.

When imagination opened doors,

The world could not keep close.

That ability has never left you,

It has lived within you all along.

Who you are is not fixed,

Who you are is fluid.

With each breath,

Sense the possibility of shifting into strength,

Into softness,

Into silence,

Into voice.

Like colors blending in a river.

Like clay reshaping in the hands.

Like light passing through a prism.

You are never just one thing.

In this moment,

You are presence,

You are choice,

You are the awareness that keeps becoming.

Take a slow breath in through the nose,

And let it go through the mouth.

With each exhale,

Notice what is loosening,

Slipping further from your grip.

Feel into the freedom that comes when you no longer need to hold on.

You are not a single role.

You are not a single story.

You are not a script.

Already written.

Place one hand on your chest,

One on your belly.

Inhale deeply through the nose.

Hold for a moment.

And exhale slowly through the mouth.

Let this truth move through the body now.

Not fix,

Not finish,

Infinite in the ways you can become.

Another breath in through the nose,

And out through the mouth.

You are the open space in which identities appear and dissolve.

You are the presence that chooses again and again in every moment.

Take a slow breath in through the nose,

And let it go through the mouth.

Notice how your body feels now.

Perhaps softer,

Lighter,

Or more open.

How does the mind feel?

Is it quieter?

Clearer?

Has new space been created?

Perhaps you sense something has shifted.

Not fix,

Not finish,

Infinite in the ways you can become.

Infinite in the choices of who you can become.

As you carry this into the rest of your life,

What possibilities begin to open?

Begin to deepen the breath now in through the nose,

And let it go through the mouth.

Letting energy return to the body.

Feel the fingers and toes,

Small movements waking.

Shoulders,

Arms,

Legs,

Coming alive again.

And when you're ready,

Let your eyes open slowly.

Carry with you this truth.

You are not limited by any one story.

Not bound by a single rule.

Not held by any fixed outcome.

Let this truth settle in the breath.

Move gently through the body and be carried forward into all that you do.

Welcome back.
