Welcome,

Love.

Take a deep breath in through the nose and exhale slowly through the mouth.

Let your shoulders drop.

Let your jaw soften.

Let your body remember what it feels like to be still.

You have just entered a sacred space,

A moment for honesty,

Release and renewal.

If you have been holding it all together for too long,

If you have been performing calm when your heart was aching,

If you have been swallowing your truth to keep the peace,

This is your moment to exhale it all.

You are not here to fix yourself.

You are here to feel yourself again.

Anger isn't wrong.

It's an emotion that loves you enough to say something isn't working anymore.

So today we listen to it,

We soften toward it,

We let it speak.

Breathe in and let every exhale become an act of permission.

Bring your awareness to your breath,

Smooth and circular.

Inhale through the nose,

Exhale through the mouth.

With each exhale,

Imagine releasing the tension that's been living inside your body,

The tightness in your chest,

The heaviness behind your eyes,

The silent pressure in your heart.

Now bring your focus to the base of your spine.

Imagine strong roots growing from there,

Spreading deep into the earth and calling you in safety,

In belonging,

In truth.

The earth can hold all that you have been carrying.

Let her.

As you breathe,

Imagine sending everything heavy,

Every swallowed word,

Every unspoken no,

Down those roots.

Feel the earth.

Receive it with love.

Nothing you feel is too much for her.

You are grounded.

You are safe through this.

Now bring your attention to your solar plexus,

This space just above your navel.

This is where anger often lives.

When it's been silenced,

Notice how it feels.

Is it heat?

Is it pressure?

Is it a quiet hum beneath the surface?

Whatever it is,

Let it be there.

No judgment,

No resistance.

Imagine this energy as a red-orange light,

Alive,

Moving,

Powerful.

The light is not dangerous.

It's divine fire,

The part of you that says,

I matter.

Let it expand gently through your torso.

Let it rise into your heart.

Let it melt the armor you built to stay composed.

You don't need to perform strength anymore.

You are strength.

With every inhale,

Whisper silently,

I allow myself to feel.

And with every exhale,

I release what no longer serves me.

Imagine now that you are standing beside a slow white river.

The air is soft,

The world feels quiet.

In your hands,

You hold small stones,

Each one representing something you have held in A time you wanted to say no,

But didn't.

A moment you felt unseen.

A situation where you betrayed your own boundaries just to be liked.

One by one,

Begin to drop the stones into the river.

Hear the gentle splash,

Watch the ripples fade.

As each stone lifts your hand,

Whisper quietly,

I release this with love.

Notice the water carry them away,

Further and further downstream until they dissolve into nothing but light.

Your body feels lighter,

Your breath deepens,

Your heart opens.

Now look up.

The river reflects your face,

Peaceful,

Strong,

Serene.

The anger has transformed into clarity.

Because beneath anger,

There is always truth.

And beneath truth,

There is always love.

Now place both hands over your heart,

Feel the warmth.

Beneath your palms,

We prove that life is flowing again.

Repeat silently or aloud,

I'm safe to feel all of me.

My emotions are not my enemies,

They are my guides.

It is safe to release,

It is safe to be honest,

It is safe to be human.

I forgive myself for caring too much.

I honor the part of me that protected my peace of silence.

But now I choose truth,

I choose softness,

I choose freedom.

My fire does not destroy,

It illuminates.

My anger is no longer a cage,

It's a compass.

I lead myself with grace,

Even through the storm,

I'm whole,

I'm safe,

I'm home.

Let each word sink into yourself,

Reprogramming the way your body experiences emotion.

This is how emotional intelligence begins,

Not in control,

But in compassion.

Breathe in forgiveness,

Exhale freedom.

Now imagine yourself walking forward through a soft golden field.

You feel lighter,

Your body at ease,

Your breath unforced.

Every step feels like liberation.

See yourself moving through your day,

Speaking through gently,

Setting boundaries with love,

Allowing emotion to move through you,

Not against you.

People around you feel the difference,

Your calm no longer comes from suppression,

It comes from presence.

You are no longer afraid of your own fire,

You have learned to dance with it.

Take a deep breath in,

And as you exhale,

Imagine a soft light wrapping around you.

This is peace,

This is safety,

This is you whole,

Balanced,

Free.

Slowly bring your awareness back to your breath,

Feel the air move in and out,

Feel your body supported by the surface beneath you.

Place one hand over your heart,

One over your belly,

Whisper softly,

I am safe to feel,

I am safe to release,

I am safe to begin.

Take one final deep breath,

And exhale everything that's felt to let go.

And with love,

Always remember you are enough,

You are wonderful,

Never forget it,

Let this truth empower you,

Always with love.
