There comes a moment when clarity pierces through the noise — when we realize that what we've been tolerating, overgiving, or compromising can no longer be sustained. This meditation is that moment. Designed for advanced meditators, Enough Is Enough invites you to reclaim the power of your boundaries, recognize old patterns that no longer serve, and step into a grounded, loving "no." Through gentle inquiry, somatic awareness, and a powerful declaration mantra, you'll return to the core of your truth — and give yourself full permission to choose differently. This practice is not about resistance — it's about liberation. You are allowed to protect your peace. You are allowed to begin again. Welcome.

Begin by settling in.

Allow your body to find a posture that is alert yet at ease.

Close your eyes or lower your gaze.

Bring awareness to your breath without needing to change it.

Just noticing the gentle rise and fall.

Feel the weight of your body supported by the earth beneath you.

Begin to drop your attention into the body.

Notice places that feel open.

Notice places that feel tense,

Tight,

Or closed.

Nothing to fix,

Just awareness.

But a long,

Slow breath.

Invite even a little more space inside.

Let's begin.

This moment is a threshold.

One where something inside you knows it's time.

It's time to choose yourself again.

To stop the patterns that no longer serve.

To remember the power that lives within.

So I ask you gently,

Where in your life have you been saying yes when you meant no?

What are you tolerating that drains your peace?

Where are you over-giving,

Over-extending,

Over-efforting?

To keep others comfortable.

Where have you abandoned your truth to avoid conflict?

What's one situation,

One role,

One relationship that your deeper self knows is no longer aligned?

Let whatever is surfacing be seen.

You don't need to fix it here.

Just recognize it.

This recognition is power.

And now we speak the words,

Enough is enough.

Say it with me.

Internally or aloud.

Enough is enough.

Again.

Enough is enough.

Feel where those words land in your body.

In your chest.

In your belly.

In your spine.

This is not anger.

This is clarity.

A sacred line drawn in the sand.

A returning to self-respect.

Say it again.

Enough is enough.

Let it be a full body exhale.

A truth finally spoken.

You are allowed to stop.

You are allowed to change.

You are allowed to choose differently.

Imagine now that with each breath,

You are releasing the energy you've poured into what no longer serves.

With every exhale,

Letting go.

With every inhale,

Calling your power home.

Imagine energetic cords connected to people,

Roles,

Beliefs.

And with a breath,

You begin to cut them.

One by one.

Not in anger.

Not in anger.

But in love.

In truth.

This is not mine to carry anymore.

This does not reflect who I am becoming.

I choose peace over pressure.

Let yourself stand taller.

Not because you're fighting.

But because you've remembered.

You are worthy of peace.

You are worthy of alignment.

You are worthy of boundaries that protect your light.

Let that breath soften.

Let the body rest.

You've done something powerful today.

Not by forcing.

Not by fixing.

But by remembering.

Enough is enough.

Enough.

And that knowing sets you free.

As we close,

Let's anchor with a few affirmations.

Internally,

Repeat after me.

I honor my limits.

I choose to stand in truth.

I am free to begin again.

I am enough.

Let that settle.

Let that live in you.

As you move back into the world,

May your boundaries be sacred.

May your truth be clear.

And may your presence be free.
