Welcome to this silent meditation.

My name is Agustina Grima and I thank you for being here today.

Silent meditation has great benefits and some of them are reducing stress and learning to manage it correctly,

Greater sense of joy and enthusiasm,

Generates greater concentration and raises energy levels giving a sense of calm and peace of mind.

It also improves the quality of sleep and focuses us on the present moment.

If this is your first time,

I suggest you to just observe.

Don't fight with your thoughts.

Let them be.

This is a space to connect with your inner power,

Your peace,

Your love,

Your calm.

Silence is very powerful.

In it we can find the best answers.

We can find our creativity and our true essence.

Sometimes our mind is focused on the past,

Sometimes on the future,

Which is still uncertain.

And when are we present?

Now,

Silent meditation does not have a guide nor visualizations,

But I will make you a little guide to teach you how to do it and then you can practice it every day.

Find a comfortable,

Quiet place.

You can be sitting or lying down.

Inhale and exhale deeply and begin to feel your breathing,

Feeling how the air flows in,

Into your lungs and then gently goes out.

Continue for a moment.

The main goal is always to concentrate on the breath,

Because through it we can focus on the present moment.

It is likely that your mind will not remain quiet and this is not the goal either.

Your mind can go from one place to another with many thoughts in very few seconds.

What could help you is to take advantage of this moment to direct your mind to concentrate in gratitude or with positive affirmations,

Such as I am abundant,

I am love,

I deserve all good things,

I am strong,

I attract health,

I attract good fortune.

It means connecting with the power within you.

Also,

Bring your attention to what is happening around you,

What you feel in your body,

What sensations appear.

And when you feel that your mind is scattered or distracted,

Return to your conscious breathing,

Inhaling and exhaling gently.

Let's begin.

Now,

When you feel it,

Open your eyes again,

Breathing in and out deeply,

And slowly reconnect with your reality.

How did you feel?

What emotions appeared?

Did you notice any difference between the beginning and now?

Did you enjoy it?

I hope you did.

I recommend this daily in order to notice the benefits of this powerful meditation,

This powerful moment of deep connection with you.

Thank you very much and I wish you an abundant universe.
