They say prevention is the best cure. And nothing is more fitting for this saying than in the case of burnout. In today's hectic world, it's easy to get caught up in rabbit holes and lose every sense of time whilst working. This can result in feeling depleted and disconnected, which inevitably leads to burnout. Oftentimes, the best way to avoid this from happening is by setting aside a few minutes to close your eyes and breathe. Feel free to come to this meditation every 30-40 minutes during your workday and see the difference in how you feel by the end of the day. This small meditation could change your life for the better!

Okay,

So we don't have much time.

I know you're a busy bee,

So we'll jump straight into this two-minute breather to help you avoid burnout throughout the day.

Just find yourself seated comfortably,

Ensure that your back is upright.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose.

Hold and slowly breathe out.

Relax a little further as you breathe out.

Relax your forehead.

Relax your jaw.

Relax your shoulders.

Relax both your arms and both your legs.

Notice your breath.

Let's take another deep breath in,

As deep as you can.

And breathe out some of that heaviness.

Notice how you feel lighter when you breathe in.

Breathe it out.

Feel calmer,

More at ease.

Again,

Breathe in as deep as you can.

Hold and let out more heaviness.

Relax your muscles.

Breathe in calm.

Breathe out stress.

Breathe in positivity.

Breathe out negativity.

Breathe in happiness.

Breathe out sadness.

Relax your muscles and notice how you feel.

You can open your eyes now and welcome back your surroundings and I want to wish you an amazing day full of love and success.
