Hello my friend,

I invite you to take just a short moment for yourself right now to create some space for yourself and give yourself your time to breathe,

To let go and to remind yourself that everything will be okay.

You're welcome here and this is a good choice.

So as you settle in find a comfortable position for yourself.

You can allow your eyes to close softly if that feels right.

It might feel good right now to connect to yourself reassuringly with one hand on your heart and the other on your belly so that you can feel yourself breathing.

Taking some steady breaths here.

As you breathe in through your nose you feel your belly rise,

You might hold that breath for just a moment and then you can exhale slowly letting it all go.

And coming back into any natural rhythm of breath but try this.

With each inhalation say to yourself inhale and feel the air filling your lungs and nourishing your body and as you exhale gently whisper exhale and release any tension or worry that's been weighing you down.

Inhale say the words,

Exhale feel or say the words.

Inhale air fills you nourishing you,

Exhale there's a release a relief.

And now with every breath remind yourself everything will be okay.

So inhale and exhale everything will be okay.

Feel that truth settling into your body.

Feel that truth settling into your heart.

Take a moment in your heart space in your chest right now and breathing in feel your chest rise and as you breathe out direct that breath all the way into your heart so your breath is flowing into your chest space,

Warming it up and again breathing in as you exhale everything will be okay,

Feel the breath landing in you,

Inhale,

Exhale everything will be okay.

You're here in this moment and that's enough.

Life can be overwhelming sometimes and we can remember it's okay to pause,

It's okay to breathe,

Inhale deeply,

Exhale fully,

Land into that feeling of calm and reassurance everything will be okay.

You're stronger than you think and every challenge is just a step on your journey.

Everything passes and good things are always coming just around the corner.

Trust that everything will unfold as it should.

Take a deep breath in,

Full breath out,

Everything will be okay.

You've got this and just giving yourself another moment here feeling if there's any shift even a subtle one inside you,

Remembering the value of taking some time to breathe.

Feel the way your body is so grounded now,

Feeling how it's releasing to the support you're on,

Reminding you you're held,

You're safe,

Everything will be okay and if you can,

You can carry this sense with you as you move on into your day and remember you can come back to this anytime for some more breathing space.

Until next time,

Bye for now.
