This is an 11 minute affirmation meditation which works on the subconscious mind. How many thoughts do we have in a day? Are all of them true? When we repeat a thought or affirm something that is not true it creates a conflict in our habitual thought patterns therefore eroding that pattern and creating a new one. Join me in affirming our radiance! This is a great practice to do for 10, 20 or 30 days - journalling as you notice what comes up for you. Let me know

Welcome to this meditation for aligning to your true nature and transforming subconscious patterns.

You may like to have a journal handy for this practice.

Do you ever notice that your energy can sometimes feel blocked in certain areas of your life?

Have you noticed blocks to your creativity?

Maybe sometimes feeling like a hamster or a mouse going around and around on the wheel of life.

This meditation might feel quite helpful and it could be helpful to practice over a period of time.

Maybe 10 days,

Maybe 20 days,

Maybe 30 days.

It is a meditation to help bring us into a sense of alignment with our own true nature.

When repeating a phrase that doesn't sit quite true in our bodies,

It will create a conflict in our mind.

Repeating these phrases silently or allowed regularly can help to cleanse these limiting patterns.

So here we go.

Begin by finding a comfortable position to receive this practice.

Laying down or seated is perfect,

Whatever you choose.

Tune into your natural breath.

Allow your breath to be.

Notice the air moving in to your nostrils and notice the air moving back out.

There is no need to alter or change the pattern of breathing at all.

Allow your breath to be.

Sense your body receiving itself into this moment.

Become aware of sounds around you.

Maybe in the distance.

Maybe become aware of the sounds that are closer in the room that you're in.

Maybe the sounds of your body,

Your breathing.

Notice the touch of air and clothing on your skin.

Allow your physical body to settle down into this moment,

Into your chosen position.

Soften your skin.

Be here now,

Allowing this moment to hold all that it currently is holding.

Sounds,

Sensations,

Silence,

Comfort,

Discomfort.

Let this moment be for you.

Let's turn our attention to the phrases now.

I am the divine self.

Repeat a few times.

Take a moment to receive the resonance of the phrase into the form of your body.

Whatever response arises is okay.

Over time these responses will change,

Transform,

Transmute and transcend.

Sense your radiance in this moment.

Taking a moment after each of the phrases to receive the effect of the phrase into your body and your mind.

Sense this moment in your body.

Sense this moment wrapping you in a beautiful hug.

Sense your blessedness.

All of life bringing you fully into this moment.

When you feel ready,

Begin to deepen your breath.

Let that breath create a space for you to begin to re-enter your life.

As you open your eyes,

You might like to write a few notes in your journal.

You might pause for just a moment before you re-enter your life to acknowledge how you feel right in this moment.
