Welcome beautiful human being.
I'm grateful you have chosen to spend the next five minutes with me doing a meditation.
Doing something so vital for yourself that has the potential to change your life.
As we are connecting to our breath and learning to be okay with the present moment.
We are becoming the masters of our own mind.
And as we are becoming the masters of our own mind.
We are becoming the masters of our own reality.
So much gratitude for you being here and doing this work.
This very important work for yourself.
So finding a comfortable seat or a lying down on the ground,
On the bed.
Whatever feels right for you.
It's your choice.
And just closing your eyes and bringing our attention inward.
Bringing our attention to our feelings.
How are you feeling right now?
Bringing attention to our physical body.
How is your body right now?
Any aches or pains?
Bringing your attention to the mind.
How is your mind?
How is your thinking mind?
Is it still and calm?
Or are the thoughts racing through your head?
And now bringing attention to your heart.
How is your heart?
Are you living in integrity,
In peace with yourself?
Are you leaving your souls calling your heart's song?
How is your heart here and now?
And now I invite you to pick one of the four things we've just covered.
So either picking your physical body,
Your emotional body,
Your mind or your heart.
What do you feel called to work with today?
And once you've made the decision,
I'd like you to put your attention to the thing you have chosen.
And today I will be working with my heart and I will be guiding this meditation referring to the heart.
But if you've chosen your mind or your body or your emotions,
That's what you stay with.
So the next two minutes we're going to spend just drawing our attention inwards.
In my case inwards to my heart and really sitting with it and asking it to reveal the messages it's got for myself.
If you've picked your body,
Maybe there is a ache or pain that's got a message for you.
Maybe there is an emotional state that you just really are being dragged by and you really want to transcend that to move it.
So the way to do so is to sit with it.
And for me there is a lot of work that lies in my heart space so that's what I sit with today with you.
Sending every breath to the space you have chosen.
Sending every breath to the space you have chosen.
What message does it have for you?
What is it there to teach you?
Just becoming so still and so calm in your being that you can open up to this message.
Life wants the very best for you.
We just need to stop resisting it.
We must learn to trust,
To trust in our own healing power.
And stop seeking for answers outside.
Always drawing our attention internally.
