Sit in a comfortable position and start to tune into your body.

Not the body that you think could be healthier or fitter,

Smarter,

Stronger or slimmer.

Not the body that is full of judgement about how it could be or should be or used to be.

But tune into the miraculous body that you have,

That you are,

That allows you to think,

To move,

To use your senses,

To hear,

To see,

Touch,

Smell,

Taste food and digest that food.

Tune into the body that allows you to create,

To think,

To invent and when you think like that you know that your body is amazing for all that it allows you to do and to be and to have.

Focus on your breath first and consider how amazing it is that your body is taking in oxygen mostly without you even being aware of it.

Concentrate on your inhale.

Think of all the things that you are receiving and that you deserve to receive.

Really feel your belly,

Your throat,

Your lungs and your nose as you are filling your body with all the things that you want and all the nourishment from the oxygen.

Focus on the out breath and release all the things that you don't want to have.

The fear,

The limiting beliefs and on your out breaths let go of everything that you don't need.

Breathe in love.

Breathe out forgiveness.

Breathe in good health.

Breathe out gratitude.

Breathe in good health.

Breathe out gratitude.

Think about how each breath is helping to fill you with good health and focus on the energy you are receiving with each and every breath.

Consider how your breath is keeping you alive each and every day,

Alive and in health.

Think about how breathing more deeply helps to energise you and to sustain your energy and how it helps you to recover from exercise.

Whenever you feel empty or drained,

Return to your breath to feel connected and energised again.

Breathe in good health.

Breathe out gratitude.

As you continue slow and steady breathing,

Think about all the cells in your body that are being nourished by the food and nutrients that you eat and drink.

Think of yourself as feeling alive and energetic thanks to the nutrients that you take in.

Whenever you feel empty or flat,

Tune in to how grateful you are for the nourishment that you gain from the nutrients you eat and drink,

For the hydration of the cells of your body when you drink plenty of water.

And see in your mind's eye how easily you can affect the health of your body,

The health of your mind.

Take a few moments to breathe as you allow yourself to become healthy and strong,

Fit and supple.

Breathe in health.

Breathe out dissatisfaction.

Breathe in health.

Believe in the health of your body's abilities to heal itself.

Taking with you this understanding of how you can influence your body's health,
