It's wonderful to be here with you in this moment as you move towards vitality and health.

Take a breath to arrive here and another breath to feel yourself here right now.

And one more breath inviting your innate wisdom and loving presence.

Let's remember where you are moving towards health,

Vitality,

Ease of movement,

Energy.

Imagine yourself with these gifts feeling really great in your body.

If you only believe you are giving something up it will feel like loss but the fuller truth is this.

What are you gaining?

Pause here to reflect.

Imagine being with these gifts of health,

Vitality,

Energy,

Feeling great in your body.

See yourself in the body you feel best in.

Notice what does that body look like?

What does it feel like?

What is the energy of that version of you?

Now ask yourself why am I considering making these lifestyle changes?

Why am I making changes?

Why put effort and energy into this path?

What is my why?

It is deeply important to know why you are on this path.

There is a beautiful quote along the lines of ask yourself does this path have a heart?

Because if it does then it is the right path.

And so I invite you now to think of your path towards wellness and health and vitality.

Does this path have a heart?

With your vital,

Vibrant,

Happy body where will you go?

What will you do?

Who will you spend time with and what are you doing together?

Pause to see this beautiful vibrant body doing what you most desire.

Some aspects of change may feel hard but remember you can do hard things.

You have done hard things many times before.

And what feels difficult now won't always feel difficult.

You will find a rhythm,

A groove that feels natural,

Even ease filled.

Pause for a breath or two imagining moving through what might feel difficult now and landing in a place that feels natural.

You are the wisest version of yourself you have ever been.

You can make aligned choices that feel good.

You can find the right support,

The right group,

The right person,

The right coach,

The right help on this path.

You are not alone and you don't need to go at it alone.

There's no need to look back.

I promise you yesterday's choices,

Last week's choices,

Even last year's choices,

They supported you in those moments when those choices were made.

And now new choices will support you in moving toward what you most desire.

Yes,

There are trade-offs.

Sometimes shifting from comfort in the current moment to the deeper comfort of feeling good in your body down the road.

But pleasure is essential.

It is your birthright.

So ask yourself,

Where else can I find pleasure?

Where else do I find pleasure?

Where else can I bring more pleasure in?

And remember food is part of that pleasure.

Food absolutely can be both deeply pleasurable and enjoyable and supportive of moving towards the body you most want to live in.

Inviting you now to take a deep breath and feel the possibility of this path.

Take one final breath here and feel yourself moving toward health,

Vitality,

Ease,

And energy.

Slowly finding your way back in to the greater world,

Moving into your day or the rest of your evening.
