Everybody,
So as you come into this space,
Go ahead and start taking some deep breaths.
We're going to go within now,
Feeling into that space where the root of your spine touches the seat underneath you,
Feeling the ways that your tailbones want to be closer to the earth,
Letting the force of gravity grounds you,
Let your body be as heavy as it can possibly be in this moment.
Every exhale brings you to a level deeper,
Heavier,
Releasing more and more of the muscles,
The bones,
The skin.
And every tension stays down now as the ground underneath you receives you in your wholeness.
Continue using the breath to help you bring deeper and deeper into this state.
Every exhale brings you a level deeper.
And once the body is nice and settled,
We're going to bring the attention to the center of our hearts and we start opening this circle by honoring the parts of us that were brave enough to be here today.
The part of our conscious and unconscious minds that knew we were ready for this medicine while there could be many times where we thought about looking away.
We decided to be here.
We decided to say yes.
And that's a strength.
And in this space,
This strength is honored.
And as we open this field,
We kindly request that the highest mothers and fathers of the universe of all planets,
Galaxies,
Solar systems,
And more,
Those who work in the name of love,
Peace,
And harmony,
Please be present with us today.
We know that our existence seems fragile at times.
We know that we are just one point amidst the greatest web of communion and communication.
And yet in our individual ways,
In the ways that we are open to serve,
We do so with so much commitment,
With so much devotion.
We are here today to serve.
We know that as we carry our grief,
It is not only our own.
And even when we don't know how,
We put ourselves into service for this collective grief to move through us.
We know we need not to carry what is no longer ours,
And yet what is ours,
Indeed,
We are ready to see,
To transmute,
To alchemize,
In the name of love,
Peace,
And harmony.
Thank you for supporting us in this intention.
Deep breath in and out,
Coming back into your body,
And in this space of the highest and greatest good,
We now ask that our channels be open.
That our gifts be turned on.
That our soul enters our body as appropriate.
And that we be protected as we journey through the alchemy of grief today,
To bringing your attention into your third eye right now,
Feeling that pulse right in the center of your head,
A living force that spins and opens your third eye,
Your channel of connection through the higher realm.
And as you focus on this space,
You start noticing a vortex that comes out of your third eye,
Like a tunnel inviting you to enter it,
To do the crossing.
So when you're ready,
Go ahead and enter this tunnel,
Enter this vortex.
And as you start getting to the other side,
You're going to see yourself standing in the middle of a large forest.
You notice the thick,
Tall trees all around you,
And you feel the freshness of the air touching your skin.
Notice what's your first reaction to this forest.
If there is a part of you that is afraid,
If it brings you peace,
Whatever it is,
Don't change it.
Observe yourself in it.
Sitting in this forest,
Amidst the tall trees,
Held by the moist soil underneath you.
And in this space now,
I want you to invite the grief to come in.
You're going to notice that as you say,
Yes,
I receive you instantly,
Your body will shift.
And the grief will tell you where it is in your body.
So where is the grief in your body?
Let its waves move through you.
Be with it.
And just for right now,
See if you can not give it any stories,
Just feel it.
And notice as you become present for the grief,
If it changes in any kind of way.
Maybe moves to a different area of the body,
Maybe its texture slightly shifts,
Or maybe it is just the same.
Either way,
Stay with it.
And if the grief makes your body want to move in any kind of way,
Go ahead and do that.
If it makes you want to scream,
You might want to get a pillow and follow it.
Let the grief speak with you,
Speak through you for a moment,
Just stay in it.
There's nothing to fear.
You're big enough.
And now we're still present to the sensations.
We're going to see a path opening up in the forest floor.
And carrying grief as your companion,
Just for right now,
You're going to start walk it.
Maybe the grief is heavy today,
Maybe it is light,
It doesn't matter.
Walk with it.
Let it be with you as you move.
And as you follow this trail,
You're going to see that the forest slowly starts to turn into a beautiful fertile garden.
You notice the floor starts popping up with wild flowers and soft grass.
And as you look up ahead,
You see a fountain with running water that trickles through the site,
Creating a beautiful motion of flow.
And as you start getting closer and closer to the fountain,
You notice that right beside it there is a woman,
Our sacred mother,
The mother of the silent flourishing.
She's waiting for you besides the fountain of renewal.
So go ahead and get closer to the mother now.
Have a conversation with her and in this conversation,
Ask her to take the grief and to show you what is the medicine of it.
Once ready,
Ask her to give a blessing that is unique for you today.
Don't rush this process.
Trust everything that unfolds.
Go ahead and speak.
Deliver this grief to the sacred mother.
I'll be silent for a few instants and I will call you back when the time is right.
In a few moments,
We're going to be returning from this experience.
So if you haven't yet,
Go ahead and deliver your grief to the sacred space.
You might still want to be with a part of it,
Maybe that part of it is still yours to carry for a little longer.
But trust that after today,
You're not carrying it alone anymore.
The mother is with you,
Giving you comfort,
Reassurance,
Reminding you that the seed is growing underneath the soil,
Where the eyes can't see it.
If you haven't yet,
Go ahead and ask for your blessing now and on your own time,
Start saying goodbye to the mother,
Thanking her for the space and the blessing that you received today.
And with her blessing in your hands,
Start walking back through the garden now.
As you make your way through the soft grass,
You notice the vortex,
That tunnel opening up once again.
And as you cross it,
You start coming back into your body,
Back into your third eye now.
Back into noticing the sensations of your face,
Your cheek,
Your chin,
Your lips.
Maybe taking some deep breaths and feeling your fingers against each other,
Perhaps giving yourself a little hug,
Pressing your arms and your legs and saying,
I'm back,
I'm back.
In the here and now,
I'm back.
Keep taking some deep breaths until you fully return.
And to all of the spiritual fathers and mothers that have been with us in this journey today,
All the beings seen and unseen who answered the call of love,
Peace and harmony,
We thank you.
May our work be done with integrity and may it be fully integrated as appropriate in every level of our existence.
