We're going to take a few deep breaths.
Next stretch to get started.
Today we're going to be breathing in through our nose.
Deep breaths.
Through our mouths.
Deep breaths.
Mood balance is a very important part of our day.
Balancing our lives,
Our stress.
We're going to breathe into our mood today.
Palms up,
Open to receive.
And just breathe.
Whatever you were doing five minutes ago is done.
You're here now.
Breathing.
We're going to release tension with a squeeze and release technique.
Inhale,
We're going to squeeze the fists and raise the shoulders.
And exhale,
We're going to release the shoulders and the palms.
Deep inhale,
Squeeze those muscles.
And exhale,
Release all the tension.
Exhale.
Squeeze that nose.
And release.
Release.
Back to center.
And just breathe.
Inhale.
Good.
Exhale.
We're feeling balanced now.
Centered.
Our breath grounds us.
To the right in the next stretch.
Arms forward.
Just breathe through the stretch.
Just go as far as you can to tension.
Breathe into that neck area.
That's where we hold it all.
Go to the other side now and just stretch the left side.
And just breathe into those muscles.
You're feeling your mood lighten.
That spark of hope.
Free breath.
You're feeling more and more balanced.
To center.
Maybe set an intention here.
Gratitude.
Gratitude always brings the mood around.
I'm grateful to be here now.
At this time with myself.
I'm grateful to be me.
Grateful for all that I have.
All that I am.
And all that I will become.
Myself grace.
When I'm not perfect.
Just going to lightly stretch the arms out.
And opening wide your energy.
Feel the ground around you is open.
Just breathe.
Arms forward.
Just out in front of you as you breathe through.
Centering.
Rise and fall of the belly.
Bring it inward to the heart.
With ourselves.
Our mood.
Share some positive intent with yourself.
Loving intentions.
Kindness.
Everything will get done.

We're going to take a deep breath all the way in and we're going to hold.
This is how we truly connect.
We're going to hold tight.
Squeeze those fists.
Keep holding.

We've let that mood go.
