So,
Just begin by,
Whether you're laying down or sitting up,
Rolling your shoulders down your spine.
And take some nice long,
Slow,
Deep breaths.
Inhale,
Fill up your belly,
Fill up your chest.
And exhale,
Let it all out.
And just continue to breathe in this fashion at your own pace for a while.
Notice yourself arriving.
And start to connect to the ground below you.
And let it all out.
Today,
We go to another layer of tension.
A different layer of relaxation and letting go.
And I want you to imagine your physical body,
The body you came here in.
Just picture it,
Whether you see yourself outside of your body and you're looking at your body,
Laying or sitting on your mat.
And ask your body,
What do you need from me today?
And just notice what comes up.
It could be like just a faint voice.
It might be a feeling,
A sensation,
A thought,
A visual.
And then make a resolve to yourself.
A commitment to do that thing that your body has asked you for.
And that answer,
It might be yoga,
And we're about to do that.
There might be more.
And 2-4.
And now picture your emotional self.
I always picture myself as a child,
Four year old me.
Just picture your emotional self in front of you.
Just ask that part of you.
What do you need from me today?
What can I do for you today?
Just listen,
Be open to receive.
We'll come to Starter Name.
And once you have that answer,
However,
It may have come,
Just make a commitment to do that thing for your emotional self today.
And if you're not necessarily tuned in to your inner voice,
Your inner guidance,
This is just a really beautiful way to start to open to that.
And the more you open,
The more you'll realize it's been talking and you've been tuned in.
You've just been distracted,
Which gives the voice an opportunity to get a little bit louder.
It gives you an opportunity,
A more conscious option to choose.
And now picture your intellectual self.
The part of you,
The analyzer,
The thinker.
I automatically picture like Albert Einstein,
But me.
Just see that part of you in front of you.
And ask that part,
Intellectual self,
What do you need from me today?
What can I do for you today?
Just notice what comes up.
That's it.
Thank you.
Thank you.
My intellectual self to do that thing today.
And finally,
Picture your spiritual self.
My spiritual self is a spiritual self.
My hair always grows really long and blonde and I float.
Let's picture your spiritual self in front of you.
And ask them.
Clothes.
.
.
I offer you an opportunity to realize or recognize that there are many different parts of the world.
Sometimes these parts battle.
Sometimes you only want to be one of these parts.
