I have designed this journey for you to have a quick upper during your day or as you start your morning You have all the power within you to turn your emotional state around What that means is you have everything with the power of your breath To call in bliss,
To call in energy,
To call in clarity,
To call in focus I know a lot of my people normally notice that their minds are very distracted We are in our minds because our body is filled with stress,
Overwhelm and anxiety that needs to be released So in this breath practice we are going to help you energize,
To improve your focus You can do this practice as you wake up or I have designed this journey for it to be very quick I know we have very busy lives and in less than 5 minutes I want to show you That you can turn your stress,
Overwhelm and anxiety into peace,
Clarity and focus The intention that we are going to call in is I am here,
I am present for everything that is here in this moment More focus,
More clear and we are going to release any stress,
Any anxiety,
Any overwhelm that keeps you overwhelmed And in that cycle of being in your head,
In your mind and we are going to drop into our body So the breath pattern that we are going to use is we are going to start with a few cleansing breaths in through your nose Water falling all the air out We are going to use blow breaths which is in through your nose And exhaling all the air out with your mouth,
We are going to do 25 of those Snapping your belly as you exhale out And the last thing we are going to do is hold your breath,
So in through your nose And holding all your clarity,
All that energy letting 50 trillion cells of your body marinate in that How does that sound?
Let's get started in this moment I invite you to land in your body,
Land in this presence Letting go and releasing with 3 cleansing breaths in through your nose Letting that breath flowing,
Letting yourself get in your body Releasing everything that you came in here with Letting go of the anxiety of the day,
Of all the overwhelm That's it,
Keeping that cleansing breath flowing through your body Releasing,
If you need a forced exhale,
Landing deeper In through your nose,
Exhaling,
Forced exhaling everything that you came in here with today That you need to call in,
Breathing in,
I am more focused,
More present Exhaling,
Releasing all of that energy that is not serving you And in your next breath,
Checking in with your body Forced exhaling blow breaths,
25 of those,
Let's go Your next breath,
Inhaling,
I am present and focused and holding your breath there Till as long as your body says so,
Listening to your body And letting 50 trillion cells of your body marinate in this energy Marinate in this presence,
Marinate in this clarity,
In this flow Only releasing when you are ready In your next breath,
If it feels good,
Starting your blow breaths again In through your nose Inhaling,
More focused,
More calm and in your next breath Emptying out completely everything that you came in here with today And holding your breath there,
Grounding into the earth Noticing this beautiful energy marinating in your body Going all the way down to your feet,
Into the earth,
Grounding you,
Rooting you Taking away everything that you came in here with that isn't serving your highest expression Tingling,
Changes in temperature,
Dizziness are all safe,
All normal You are releasing all of that emotionality,
All of that energy that is not serving you Marinating in this moment,
Releasing that breath Going back to your natural breath,
Releasing these patterns and just landing in this moment Letting your body soak in this energy Opening your eyes when you are ready Bringing your awareness to one place in your room that feels safe Noticing the clarity in your thoughts,
The improved focus and the presence of this moment Just being in this moment,
Thanking yourself for this practice Anchoring this moment in,
Knowing you can come back to this anytime you may like This is how powerful your breath and your body are You have everything within you to change your emotional state,
To be in this presence,
To be in this focus Thanking yourself for doing this work,
