Hello,

This is Corin Hintrager.

Welcome to today's inner journey.

Creating new beginnings with the wisdom of the season spring.

Reconnecting to self,

Being in your body,

Acceptance of all parts of you while embracing the new with the support of spring.

Chances are that you are more in your head than in your body at the moment.

Let's change this.

I invite you to get comfortable and take a few nice deep breaths.

Close your eyes if it is comfortable for you to do so.

Or have a soft diffused vision so you can focus within.

Notice how you feel when your chest expands as you inhale.

And how you feel when your body contracts as you exhale.

Notice the temperature of the air as you inhale.

And then the temperature of air as you exhale.

On your next deep breath in,

Notice what parts of your body expand with micro movements.

Just staying present in the moment.

Observing the sensations and the movements of your body.

So your mind gets the opportunity to calm down.

Now your awareness has the chance to drop more and more into your body and heart space.

Let's stay here for a moment longer.

Maybe put one of your hands onto your chest.

Connect even deeper to your heart space and notice your heartbeat.

Continue to notice the micro movements of your body through the natural rhythm of your breath.

I would love to take you on this inner journey.

To explore where in your life you experience a spring phase.

And how this can help you create new hope,

Growth and new perspective on what life has to offer.

As living,

Breathing beings we all experience the different seasons in one way or another.

Maybe our relationship goes through an exciting spring phase.

While our work goes through a more stagnant winter phase.

Our home goes through a consistent summer phase.

While our relationship with the dear friend go through an overflowing,

Harvesting autumn phase.

We can experience different phases at the same time in our lives.

Honoring,

Noticing and building awareness of these different phases helps us to sink deeply with our natural rhythm.

And create more flow and ease in our lives.

In the season of spring,

Things often feel exciting and things are blossoming.

Looking at nature and how it works,

We can witness that sometimes growth requires a pruning.

A letting go of old habits that no longer serve so you can blossom and turn into a more healthy way of being.

Reflect for a moment what areas of your life is going through a spring phase.

What is growing in your spirit as you settle into the spring phase of this area of your life?

Is it hope?

Is it a new life or fresh perspective?

Is it a hidden dream or a spark of creativity?

Is it peace or desire?

Notice whatever you're noticing.

And then notice where in your body you feel this positive,

Exciting feeling of spring a new beginning.

Once you have located it,

Consciously breathe into this area of your body and notice what it has to share with you.

How does it feel?

What does it need from you to be able to blossom?

Is there anything that needs shifting or pruning so it can grow with much more lightness and ease into a healthy summer phase?

Whatever you feel is sprouting,

I encourage you to allow it to grow while honoring your awareness and pruning,

Letting go of what no longer serves you.

Continue to breathe into this part of your body and notice how the new found awareness expands into all of your body and being.

Encourage it,

Foster it,

Nurture it,

Be good to yourself and honor spirit.

Feed it,

Honor it with gratitude and reflection,

Be aware and be sensitive to what it's asking of you.

As you enter more fully into your spring phase and fresh blooming of spring,

I invite you once more to take time to consider what you'd like to leave behind and what more of you'd like to welcome in.

What areas of your heart,

Your life and your relationships needs that gentle pruning?

And how can you embrace more of the positive excitement,

Joy,

Ease and peace into your life?

Take another nice deep breath in and as you exhale,

Start to notice and sense the room around you,

The weight of your body on your seat,

Sounds in your environment,

Maybe wiggle your toes and move your fingers and when you're ready,

Gentle open your eyes.

What is one action you can take this week to be more present in the parts of your life that experience a spring season at the moment?

Bring more awareness to the different seasons of life.

Integrating action steps helps us to become more and more in tune with our deep needs so we can live a much more fulfilled life.

Our consciousness moves into a spiral and that is a good thing,

Revisiting things over time and looking at them from new perspective.

As you go deeper enables you to drop more into your being and release more of the fragments that no longer serve you.

With this in mind,

I invite you to revisit this and the other recordings as often as you feel called to explore and vision release and soften into more of you.

You are worth it and deserving to live your best life.
