Lay down on your back,

Relax,

Get comfortable.

And see if there's anything that you can let go of in your muscles,

Shoulders,

Back,

Arms,

And legs.

Now feel the breath,

Just feel the natural breath in your nose,

In your throat,

In your lungs,

In your belly.

Now take a very relaxed breath into your belly.

Keep breathing it into your lungs,

Breathe it all the way up,

You can even feel it in your head.

And then let go.

You don't need to push the air out.

Fill it up and let it go.

Fill it up and let it go.

Another breath in,

Fill from the belly,

Chest,

Head,

Let it go.

Don't let it all the way out.

And as you breathe in,

Feel the breath relaxing.

One more warm up breath.

Relax,

Let it go,

Not all the way out.

And now we'll start counting,

30 breaths.

Breathe in from the belly,

Chest,

Head,

Let it go.

That's one.

Your blood is charged with oxygen.

The carbon dioxide is coming back and shooting that oxygen deep into your tissues.

Your body is alkaline.

You don't need to breathe.

It's all here.

Feel whatever you feel.

See whatever you see.

If you can keep going,

Feel free to put the palms of your hands on your eyes.

Feel your eyes relax.

And now let everything go.

Let your hands down.

Feel all the strange sensations that are going on.

You may see sparkling lights.

You may feel strange tingling sensations.

You may feel pain arise in certain parts of your body.

Just feel it.

Watch what happens to it.

Feel it.

Whatever arises,

Whatever thoughts occur,

Just allow them to be.

Watch them.

It's going on a minute and 20 seconds now.

If you have to take a breath in,

Take it in and hold it for 10 or 20 seconds.

If you can keep going,

Keep going.

A minute and 30 seconds.

You can go for 2 to 5 minutes depending on how relaxed your system is.

Keep going.

Keep going.

Coming up on 2 minutes.

In 5 seconds.

And 2 minutes.

If you like,

Keep going.

Otherwise,

Breathe in and hold.

If you are at the end of the breathing,

Just relax and feel.

Every session can be different.

New insights to come.

Feel the energy and feel the calm.

At the end of the drumming,

There will be stillness for 2 minutes.

Feel the energy and feel the calm.

At the end of the drumming,

There will be stillness for 2 minutes.

At the end of the drumming,

There will be stillness for 2 minutes.

Feel the energy and feel the calm.

At the end of the drumming,

There will be stillness for 2 minutes.

At the end of the drumming,

There will be stillness for 2 minutes.

This is excellent! You have to try this breathing. I was feeling a little sluggish before and now I feel a very grounded energy and my brain is open and clear! I highly recommend. Can’t wait to do it again!

I came into this meditation pent up with frustration and an upset stomach and I needed a release. Doing the breaths was uncomfortable at times and I had to push through it, but I'm glad I did because I feel a lot lighter and relaxed now, and my stomach ache has calmed down too. Thank you πŸ™
