This meditation creates an inner sanctuary you can return to whenever life feels overwhelming—an effortless way to step out of stress and into deep relaxation.

Thank you so much for being here.

Let's let go of some anxiety and stress and chill out for this meditation.

If you haven't done so already,

Please close your eyes and start to slow down your breathing.

Focus on your chest rising and falling as you breathe.

Make sure that you're taking long,

Slow,

Deep breaths.

Pull your attention up to the top of your head and just feel into your scalp.

Feel into that space at the top of your head.

See if you can soften your scalp.

Let your eyebrows come down.

Let your forehead relax.

Let your scalp soften.

Like you're slowly unwinding a tight ball.

Pull your attention down to the space across your forehead.

And once again,

Let your eyebrows get heavy,

Even heavier.

Let all the tension lines on your forehead smooth out and relax.

Start to imagine that you're under a nice,

Warm,

Golden light.

As if there's a specific lamp right there above your head and you're sat under it.

So you can receive this warm,

Relaxing glow of light.

Go back up to the top of your head and just feel your scalp and imagine it being relaxed,

Softened by this golden light.

Slowly,

The golden light starts to roll down the back of your head,

Almost like honey,

Warm and slow,

Rolling down the tension at the nape of your neck,

Softening as it lands down onto the back of your shoulders.

Let your shoulders get nice and heavy,

Making more space between your shoulders and your ears.

Breathing nice and long and slow.

Let this warm,

Golden light roll down over your eyebrows,

Down over your eyes.

Slowly down over your temples.

And everything it comes into contact with naturally,

Automatically just softens.

Let the light shine down onto your nose and your cheeks.

Feel as it warms all the tiny little muscles in your face.

Let it relax your jaw.

Beaming down onto your throat,

Swallow and allow the warm light to just soften any tension you might have in your throat.

Trust that anything that needs to be said,

Anything that needs to be spoken will come out from a loving place.

Trust in yourself,

Just relax your throat.

Let the warm light start to shine down onto your chest.

Let it shine down onto your physical heart and warm and soften and relax your heart.

If you can connect and feel your heartbeat,

Just focus on that.

Let the warm light fall onto your abdomen.

Feel it softening the muscles in your tummy.

Time to let go of all the stress you might be holding in your tummy,

All the tightness.

Let the warm light just soften,

Breathe it out,

Let it go.

Any apprehension or anxiety.

See if you can just breathe it out and be in the moment,

Be right here with me.

Where there is no need,

Absolutely no need for any stress.

To be here and present and forefront right now.

It's okay stress.

I hear you,

But for now you can just relax,

We're good.

Let the light shine down your spine.

Take your focus to the back of your body and feel the warm golden light shine down onto your shoulders,

Down onto the top of your back.

Feel it flowing down to the middle of your back around your ribs.

Breathe out any tension or tightness you have in your ribs.

Let it flow all the way down to the base of your spine.

Literally see in your mind those muscles that might be tight.

Just see them softening,

Accepting the warm light.

Relax your hips.

Just let go.

It's okay stress.

We're good right now.

Breathe out and let go.

Come down your legs.

Feel your thighs relax.

Feel the warmth on the back of your legs and the front of your legs.

Feel the warmth traveling all the way down through your lower legs down into your feet.

Just soften your entire body.

If you're seated,

See if you can keep your spine nice and straight and just soften the rest of your body around it.

Staring into the space there in front of you,

I'd like you to imagine that you're standing in front of an elevator.

Its silver doors are right there and there's a panel on the left that says 1 to 7.

You're going to press the number 7 and then wait for the elevator to come down.

When the elevator opens,

There's a ping sound.

You step inside of the empty elevator and then press 7 once again once you're inside.

The doors close and you start to feel the elevator moving as if it's moving up.

Watching the numbers light up as it reaches the 7th floor.

Before the doors open,

I'd like you to know that you're going to walk into a space of pure light.

That's all there is.

It's just white,

Violet,

White.

The door slowly opens and it's as if there's a white,

Violet cloud there in front of you and that's all you see.

Trusting in yourself,

Trusting in the process,

You step out of the elevator and step into this light.

Adjusting your stance,

You open your legs,

Hips distance apart.

You let your arms rest down by your sides,

Shoulders back,

Head level.

As if you're stepping into something that's going to completely cleanse or submerge or become a part of what you are.

And your body is set in a position that says,

I'm ready.

Check in with your breath and make sure that your breath is steady,

Nice and slow.

You're calm and ready to receive.

Start to feel the white,

Violet light,

First of all,

On your face.

With your eyes closed,

Feel it like it's morning time and there's a slight cool,

Damp feeling in the air.

Like a cool,

Soft touch on your face.

And as you breathe in,

Allow your body to soak in this white,

Violet light.

Let it start to penetrate through the tiny little cells of your skin.

And then you start to feel it on the top of your head.

This white,

Violet light.

You can feel the coolness flowing over your head and down the back of your head.

You can feel it on the skin on your hands,

On the backs of your hands.

You can feel it on the palms of your hands,

Like the gentlest kiss,

The gentlest touch.

Let this white,

Violet light penetrate through your aura,

The energy around your body.

Let it fill your aura with this high frequency,

This vibration that feels very peaceful and calming.

Blissful.

Just take long,

Slow,

Deep breaths and enjoy this white,

Violet light touching your entire body.

Like the softest,

Softest little tickles.

As if thousands and thousands of tiny little light particles are gently caressing your skin.

Let the light start to move through and inside your body.

See it in your mind,

Flowing into your bones and your muscles.

Knowing that you're in complete safety and relaxation right now.

And you're allowing yourself to connect to the feeling of relaxation.

Thank you,

Relaxation,

For coming into my body,

For cleansing my aura.

Thank you,

Relaxation,

For being present and allowing me to feel this sweet relaxation.

This sweet surrender within my body.

Let yourself feel floaty and open and spacious.

As the light goes into every nook and cranny,

Every shadow,

Every corner.

Let your whole body tingle with the white,

Violet light.

Feeling complete and full.

Very relaxed and comfortable.

Coming back into a little bit more consciousness,

You can imagine that you're opening your eyes in the white,

Violet space.

And you hear the soft ping behind you as the elevator comes to get you.

You turn around.

Thank you.

And step into the elevator and press 1,

Taking you back down to the level that you got in.

The doors close and you watch as the numbers go down from 7 to 6 to 5 to 4,

3,

2,

1.

There's a pause.

You feel the elevator connect to the ground floor.

And then it opens.

And as the doors open and you step outside of the elevator,

You can gently open your eyes and come back into your sacred space.

Your reality.

Feeling light,

Spacious and blissful.

Very relaxed.

Knowing that if you want to,

You can just close your eyes and step into the elevator and go back up to the 7th floor.

And do this over and over and over whenever you feel that you need a moment to yourself.

It's right there for you.

Take a nice,

Big,

Deep breath.

Coming back fully into your body.
