Welcome to your time.

Time to practice and settle in to this moment.

Driving to this space and this time as your whole self.

Thoughts,

Sensations and breath.

Allowing them to be.

Holding yourself in this space.

From the top of your head to your forehead.

Release any tension.

Between your brow and around your eyes.

Nothing is too much effort.

To your cheeks.

Lips.

Releasing your tongue.

Allowing your jaw to fall gently.

With each breath in and out.

Breathe in,

Release any tension to your neck and shoulders.

Allowing your shoulders to gently drop.

Feeling this sense of ease traveling to your elbows.

Your wrists into your fingertips.

Breathing ease into your back.

Your hips.

And belly.

Allowing your belly to freely expand on the inhale.

And gently contract on an exhale.

As you allow your belly to expand on the inhale.

Freely open your ribs.

Cross and back.

Gently raising your shoulders on an inhale.

And allowing your shoulders to gently drop on the exhale.

Feeling in ease and release of tension to the area around your hips.

Thighs.

Knees.

Ankles.

And toes.

With each breath,

Feeling a deeper sense of peace and ease.

Bringing your attention now to the area around your heart.

To your chest.

Noticing any sensations.

Breathing in release of tension.

With each breath,

Feel a warmth growing there.

With each breath,

Feel a sense of ease and calm.

You may feel compelled to repeat these affirmations aloud in your mind.

Or reflect and observe what they mean to you.

May I be happy.

May I be at peace and at ease.

May I be healthy.

May I have the strength and resilience.

May I show loving kindness to myself and others.

Continuing to breath freely.

Expanding with each inhale and gently releasing and contracting with each exhale.

May those I love and care about be happy.

May they be at peace and at ease.

May they be healthy.

May they have strength and resilience.

May they experience and share loving kindness for themselves and towards others.

Continuing to breath an openness to your chest and heart area,

Feeling a warmth,

Comfort.

May all beings be happy.

May we all be at peace and at ease.

May we all be healthy.

May we all have the strength and resilience to create and live in a caring world.

May we all experience and share loving kindness for ourselves and for others.

Noticing if there is one wish or affirmation at the forefront of your mind and heart.

I want you to repeat this affirmation while breathing with ease and comfort.

Gently observing what comes up for you as you repeat this.

Without judgment,

Just notice.

Allow it all to be in this moment.

Continuing to breath with ease and comfort.

Imagining now this affirmation,

This wish for yourself and for others.

It's true.

Exists.

Noticing any sensations.

Feeling and ease and comfort in this truth.

Feel comfort in knowing that this time,

This practice,

These affirmations,

They benefit you and have ripple effects to everyone around you,

Everyone you interact with.

Making a wish now that everything you do today,

Moving forward,

Nourishes and benefits you.

And is felt by those we love family,

Friends,

Acquaintances and those who may challenge us most.

I invite you now to continue in this restorative,

Compassionate,

Loving kindness state.

Perhaps you wish to reemerge to the space around you.

So you may begin to move your fingers and toes.

Know that you may come back to this comfort and ease.

Any time you may need it.
