Prepare yourself for an inner silence meditation that will help you to dive deeper into your authentic being.
This practice is perfect as a morning meditation and can also be used to relieve stress and return to a resourceful state.
During this practice,
Let go of controlling any mental effort.
All you need to do is to be present.
Listen to this meditation not so much with your mind but with your gut.
Your awareness will help all the transformations to happen naturally.
Take a comfortable pose,
Your posture should feel even and balanced throughout your body.
Bring your awareness to your entire form,
Allowing it to resonate with the feeling of I AM.
Open this experience with a few pleasant inhales and exhales.
Gently close your eyelids and with your eyes closed,
Stretch along your spine,
Enjoying the movement in your body.
Lighten up with your attention and inwardly relax into your presence here and now.
Slowly and effortlessly be in a state of a neutral observation.
Feel your body in this space.
Without opening your eyes,
Expand your attention to the space around you,
Both above and below.
And turn your attention to the inner space of your body,
Feeling at home.
Imagine yourself as a rock that just stays in space,
With no reaction within.
The sounds are simply existing.
You hear them from a place of inner stillness.
Feel the touch of your clothes on your skin and the temperature of the air,
All from a state of inner stillness.
Everything that happens around you,
The movement of life,
Simply exists.
There is no need to do anything,
Think about anything,
Fix anything,
Improve anything or understand anything.
Sense the state behind the words I AM.
It is a state of presence,
A state of being yourself.
You are beyond the effort and desire to change anything.
Breathe in with your belly and out a little longer.
You are beyond the past.
Breathe in and out.
You are beyond the future.
Breathe in and out.
You are beyond your life situation.
Inhale and exhale.
You are beyond your personality.
Inhale and exhale.
You are beyond the time.
Inhale and exhale.
You are beyond the space.
In and out.
Emotional thoughts are impulses to react and act arise within you.
Observe them just as you observe the world around you from the state of inner stillness.
Stay in the here and now.
Observe the whole movement of the world and energies outside.
Within you remains the dimension of this neutral presence,
This awareness.
This dimension of awareness is in synchrony with anything outside or inside of you.
This inner stillness and inexpressible silence contains both the body and the outer world.
This dimension of silence exists behind all the layers of sound and movement.
Open to the peace and perfection of this state.
Everything is perfect as it is right now.
Emotions of thoughts,
Emotions and reactions spontaneously arise and disappear in the background of this unchanging state of I AM without drawing you away or distracting you.
There is no need to be anything else.
This state is simply there,
It simply exists,
Without the need for imperfection.
Everything that is inside and outside exists within this space.
This space of silence is not separate from physical space,
They exist simultaneously.
Notice how you perceive this state physically in your body.
Notice any sensations that are present in your body when you are in the state of I AM.
Let your body remember this state on a physical,
On a subconscious level.
It doesn't require any effort.
Simply relax into this state and breathe in and out.
To be here and now for a few moments.
Breathe,
Be present.
This state of inner silence is your authentic being and rest assured that now your body,
Your subconsciousness have remembered how it feels.
And since now you can always come back to your true self,
To your authentic being.
And by practicing this meditation regularly it will get much easier to get to this state whenever you want.
Take a breath in and out,
Realizing that the space of inner silence,
Of awareness is simply there at any moment.
You and everything around you are that space.
When it feels comfortable for you,
Gently open your eyes,
Looking in front of you,
Grasping the general picture.
Feel the oneness of the state of I AM.
Give yourself all the time you need to come out of this meditation smoothly.
