Chakras, or energy wheels, connect to specific areas of the physical body, energy body, and emotional body. By paying attention to each one we can help shed light on areas that may be out of balance - such as related relationships, thoughts or beliefs. Our Heart Chakra correlates physically to the heart space, and emotionally houses emotions such as love, compassion and joy - both our ability in being open to receive as well as give unconditionally.

Transcript

Welcome to my seven day chakra meditation series.

Let's begin.

Day four.

Heart chakra,

Anahata chakra.

Take your way into a comfortable seated position.

As you inhale,

Find length and space in the spine.

And take a deep exhale.

Find grounding.

Find heaviness through the hips,

Through the sit bones,

Into the earth.

Find more ways to soften,

Whether that's in the face,

The jaw,

The shoulders,

The hips.

Slowly arriving.

Bring all of your focus and attention to the tip of the nose.

Inhale the tickle of the air as it flows through the inner lining of the nostrils and out.

Just noticing the body receive the breath and let it go.

Bringing the awareness into the chest,

Into the heart space,

Maybe feeling the breath emanate from there.

Activating and stimulating our heart chakra now we allow ourselves to invite acceptance and let go of fear.

We allow ourselves to bring in a dimension of love and compassion as we release hatred towards ourselves and to others.

Releasing forgiveness,

Releasing anger and jealousy.

Feeling a bright green light,

An emerald green light expanding into the chest in all directions.

Perhaps repeating some affirmations with every inhale silently saying,

I am and with every exhale saying flowing with love.

Inhaling I am.

Exhale accepting myself and others.

Saying I am.

Exhale compassionate.

Allow that wave of love and forgiveness acceptance to just wash over the entire body.

Thank you so much for joining.

Namaste.
