Hey everybody and welcome.

Happy New Year to you all.

I'm so excited to be back in this virtual meditation space to offer this little welcome into 2021.

A manifestation meditation that will guide us into a visualization so that we can dream big and find clarity and grounding and our own unique intentions for the year to come.

The year that's ahead of us because we're moving forward and stepping out of the past into our future.

Ours to create,

Ours to visualize,

Ours to manifest.

So before we begin just take a moment to take stock and inventory of how you are feeling right now.

Maybe you'd like to jot down a word or have a journal close by so that you can think about a word or two that describes how you are feeling in this moment.

What's happening for you right here and now.

Or maybe even it's a word or phrase that you'd like to use to describe the past year.

Where you've been,

Where you've come from.

It's always good to come into an understanding of where we are before we move forward.

Good and just let's find our way into a comfortable seated position for this meditation.

If you prefer to do this lying down that's obviously fine.

Just get yourself as comfortable as you can be.

Use any blankets,

Any pillows,

Any support for the spine that you might need.

Anything that works for you.

Take a couple of minutes before you get settled to stretch out through the body.

Reach the arms up over the head,

Give the whole body a nice big stretch.

Take some movement and rotation through the spine.

Roll the head and the neck a little from side to side.

Open and close the jaw.

Make any final little last minute adjustments,

Movements and wriggles until you find your way into your most comfortable seat or lying down position.

Good and now wherever you are taking a nice big breath in through the nose and exhaling out through the mouth.

Two more inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth.

Last one,

Breathing in and breathing out.

Letting it all go.

Feeling the whole body begin to relax now.

Feeling your toes and feet relax.

Your legs and thighs relax.

Relaxing into the hips,

The glutes,

Making sure the belly is completely soft.

The rib cage relaxed.

Softening through the chest and the collar bones into the shoulders.

Let them drop down away from the ears and let that relaxation flow down through the arms into the fingertips.

Softening the neck,

Swallow to relax the inner lining of the throat.

Softening the skin on the face,

All the tiny muscles around the mouth,

Eyes,

The cheekbones,

The forehead.

Even feeling the scalp fully soften as well.

Just letting all that dust settle.

The fluctuations of the mind begin to slow down,

The volume of life turning down as you begin to move inward and become introspective.

We spend so much of our time focusing our awareness outward,

Outside circumstances,

People,

Conversations,

Information input.

Now we take all of that effort and we listen and tune in to our own soundtrack,

Our own breath,

The subtle vibration of our own body,

Our inner spaciousness.

Paying attention to the breath now.

Just feeling,

Sensing and noticing the air as it flows in and out of the nostrils.

The gentle texture of the air flowing in and out as it passes along the inner lining of the nostrils.

And as we bring awareness to the breath,

We allow ourselves to deepen into the ocean of our own awareness,

Moving down,

Connecting more,

Becoming more familiar with our breath,

With ourselves in this moment.

We're now going to begin our visualization,

Our manifestation.

Begin by filling the heart completely with love,

Compassion and gratitude.

Fill the heart space with all these beautiful emotions.

Feel the heart expanding,

Throbbing,

Alive,

Awake with love and gratitude for being alive,

For being able to dream and visualize and create a life that is unique,

That is yours,

That comes from clarity,

Grounding and truth and an unwavering trust in yourself and in the divine order as life is already unfolding exactly as it's meant to be for you.

And now see if you can bring your mind's eye to picture and visualize yourself perhaps six months or even a year from now.

Allow yourself to envision fully and completely what you might be doing,

What career are you in.

Perhaps you're in the same one,

But you've moved into a different role that you've been longing for.

Perhaps you've left a lifelong career to pursue a passion.

Perhaps you're already pursuing your passion and you've expanded and grown in this space to a new level.

Allow yourself to go there.

Who are you in this moment?

What are you offering?

How are you impacting the people around you in a positive way?

What does your success look like?

Perhaps it's financial abundance.

Perhaps success for you is more time for yourself.

Perhaps success looks like work-life balance.

Allow yourself to be as detailed as possible as you visualize all the aspects of this new self just within your reach.

Imagine what you might be wearing,

How you look,

How you feel,

The emotions that are associated with this new career,

New passion,

New success,

New time,

New space,

Whatever it is,

The new relationships that support you in this process or the one relationship that you have that has been nurtured and cultivated or that's new.

Perhaps acknowledging that some people have been let go,

Limiting beliefs have been let go,

Thoughts that no longer serve you have been let go in an effort to create space for your new life,

Your new relationships,

Your new success.

Keep visualizing yourself,

Your life,

Your home,

Your surroundings.

Color the picture with vibrant shades.

Tap into how you feel in this space.

Is it freedom?

Is it lightness?

Is it joy?

Is it perfect self?

Allow yourself to dream and visualize large,

Big,

Expansive.

Don't hold back.

Give yourself permission to go as far as your imagination and your heart's desire would like you to go.

Even if a part of you thinks it will be possible,

It's not real.

Just go there.

Dream,

Imagine emotion,

Detail,

Success,

Love,

Happiness,

Health.

Imagine you are living in that moment right now in this body with this breath,

Embodying that sensation of success,

Health,

Finding love,

Peace or balance.

This higher potential,

This upgraded version of your current self already perfect,

Already within you,

The potential within reach.

Come back to the heart space and connect to that sense of love and gratitude.

Be grateful that this future self is real,

Is a possibility,

Is already part of who you are.

Deep gratitude for the support,

The network,

The people in your life who are already here to support you in this journey forward.

Gratitude and love to the body that allows you to move and breathe even in the smallest ways to take you forward.

Deep love and gratitude to yourself for committing to growth,

To expansion,

To reaching goals,

To striving,

To dreaming.

So slowly now beginning to deepen the breath as you gently step out of your mind and come back into your physical body,

Introducing tiny little bits of movement into the fingers and into the toes.

Connecting your palms gently together at the center of the heart with this gesture of gratitude,

Of prayer,

Thank yourself for taking your time to come into this practice today.

Begin to rub the palms together,

Create heat and friction,

And then place the hands over the eyes.

Take a full breath in through the nose and a cleansing breath out through the mouth.

Deep breath in through the nose with the hands over the eyes.

Exhale.

Last one,

Full breath in and letting it go.

Gently releasing the hands,

Flutter the eyelids open,

Gently connect back into the space that's around you.

Take some gentle movement and stretching out through the body as needed.

And if you're lying down,

Perhaps you'd like to make your way back up into a comfortable seated position.
