Greetings,

This is Ozzy.

Welcome to today's meditation.

Get comfortable and begin by taking some long,

Slow,

Deep breaths.

Feel your body soften,

Letting go,

Relaxing.

Breathe in freshness,

Newness,

Light,

And the freedom of this new day.

Breathe out anything that you're ready to let go of.

Feel your body soften,

Letting go,

Relaxing.

Breathe in the freshness,

The newness as your arms become heavy and relaxed.

Right now,

This is your time to simply allow.

Notice your immediate experience,

The sensation of your breath.

This is your key,

This is your anchor to continually return to the sensation of your breath.

Flowing back,

Returning your energy and focus.

Scan from the top of your head,

Slowly moving down.

Continually returning to breath and noticing the softness that washes over you.

Bring your attention to the intention for this meditation,

Which is,

Grateful am I,

Moda ani.

You can use the Hebrew,

Moda means grateful,

Ani means I,

Or you can use the English,

Grateful am I.

As you repeat,

Grateful am I,

You may drift away to noticing sounds or sensations or thoughts,

And as you notice gently drift back to the mantra,

Moda ani.

This statement will bring you greater calm,

Awareness,

Joy and appreciation for all that you have.

Taking a deep breath in and letting everything go that you want to let go.

Invite one intention of gratitude.

Focus on one thing in your life that you want to appreciate more of.

It can be a person,

An object,

An experience or even a place.

Invite a curiosity about this thing as you picture it clearly.

Breathing deeply and considering what is it that draws you to this object of your appreciation.

Feel its intricacies.

What are the sensations and what do you notice about how it feels externally?

What does it look like?

Noticing the details.

Speaking aloud the intention,

Moda ani.

What are the sounds that you notice about this object of your gratitude?

Speaking aloud your intention,

Moda ani.

What are the internal sensations that you're noticing when you're relating to this object of your appreciation?

Noticing them and verbalizing Moda ani.

You can remain here,

Comfortable,

Relaxed and in the knowing that your gratitude,

Your appreciation and your joy will permeate into every facet of the day that stretches out before you.

Moda ani.

I like using the Hebrew for gratitude. Appreciate the space towards the send to sit in the visualization of the thing we are grateful for.
