Hi my friend Begin to soften into this moment Rest your mind on this moment Close your eyes gently if that feels right Reconnect with your breath Inhale deeply Exhale release You have permission to be still,

To pause Breathe in,

Let it all go Notice what happens when you breathe,

When you remember that your nervous system is worthy of rest,

Worthy of stillness In-breath,

Out-breath Feel every muscle start to soften and release Feel every cell in your body slow down to a stall,

Still functioning at its best,

But slow down Letting your system rest Feel the mind slow down The pace of your thoughts slow down Everything pauses,

Inhale deeply,

Let it go Every single thing in your life heals and blooms when you rest Your name is not exhaustion,

You do not have to answer when called that way Maybe exhaustion raised you at home,

An exhaustion taught you at school,

An exhaustion supervised you at work Maybe you believe you are exhaustion,

But dear soul,

You are not,

You are life You are a vibrant human being,

You are allowed to soften into stillness and slow down Feel into the non-doing,

Notice the stillness in your physical body,

Just be still,

Just be with yourself,

Notice as you get really still you also get very present,

The present moment is the entryway to all you've ever wanted,

Stillness is the entryway to the present moment,

Notice what your presence brings you,

Let it all go Right now you are teaching your nervous system that stillness is safe,

Down and being quiet is safe,

Breathe in,

Notice what has because you chose to be still,

Really feel into the peace of this stillness and carry this with you today Allow yourself to go slowly as you re-enter your world around you On your next inhale,

Maybe find a stretch or any other movement that would serve you Exhale,

Let it all go,

When you're ready,

Blinking your eyes open if they were closed Keep reminding yourself that you can pause,

You can be still,

You are free to feel the peace of stillness to come back to the present moment,

All you need is here in the stillness From my heart to yours

What a beautiful meditation. Calming, comforting, and I even got emotional when I silenced and dropped into ng own inner world. Thank you.

Such a perfect way to start your day. Reminding myself that when I go, go, go-I'm just gone. I feel ready to do the things I need to knowing I have peace and stillness to anchor me. Lovely voice and pace and music. Thank you!
