This short breathing and mantra meditation helps you to bring balance and clarity. Fantastic for stress anxiety and confusion. Helps you to settle down your parasympathetic nervous system using the mantra as an instrument for your mind. You will be able to have clarity to help you relieve stress and assist you in making better decisions throughout your day.

Welcome,

Wherever you are,

Let's just settle in.

This may be sitting on your favorite cushion or lying down in a quiet place.

Just get super comfortable and shutting down your eyes and just embracing any outside noises you may hear.

Just invite them all in and with a long,

Slow,

Deep breath in through your nose,

Bringing it right up to the top and breathing it out through your nose,

Letting it go.

And again,

Another long,

Slow,

Deep breath in and then letting your breath release out through your nose and putting your awareness on your breathing,

In through the nose,

Out through the nose and just notice and witness your breath.

You don't need to force it to be a certain way or rhythm,

Just notice your breathing going in and out,

In and out,

In and out.

And when you drift away to thoughts or distractions,

Just come back and center yourself to your breathing,

In and out,

In and out.

Just watch the breath,

In and out,

In and out.

And as you drift away to thoughts or distractions,

Know that that's perfectly normal and just bring yourself back to your center and put your awareness on your breathing,

In and out,

In and out.

Noticing the cool air as you breathe in through your nose and noticing the warm air as you breathe out of your nose,

In and out.

And as you breathe in,

Follow your breath right down to your stomach area and breathe in and out,

Focusing your attention on your stomach area,

In and out,

In and out.

And now notice your breathing,

It will have slowed right down,

In and out.

You don't have to force anything,

You just go with your flow,

In and out.

And with the awareness on your breath,

Breathing in,

Focus on the word,

I.

And when you breathe out,

Focus on the word,

Am,

I,

Am.

Breathing in,

I,

Breathing out,

Am,

I,

Am.

Just focus on those words.

And now taking your awareness off the mantra,

Off the I am,

And taking your awareness off your breathing and just be still.

And you can slowly wriggle your toes and your fingers and hands.

Maybe move around a bit your body.

And just slowly in your own time,

When you're ready,

You can slowly,

Slowly open your eyes.
