An energetic blockage is created whenever we resist the natural flow of our emotions.

A blockage occurs whenever we push something away or hold onto something.

Today we are going to be identifying our emotional blockages,

Specifically blockages surrounding feelings of shame.

Whether you have been holding onto feelings of shame or resisting them,

Today we are going to surrender to our emotions,

Allowing them to pass and flow naturally.

Today I want you to be open to surrendering to the present moment,

Knowing there is nothing within you that can hurt you.

Knowing healthy energy is flowing energy,

Remembering that we need to feel our emotions to heal them.

The longer we suppress or repress emotions,

The more infected they become.

They begin to cause other issues and they spread into the rest of our lives.

But healing them is so simple.

By simply acknowledging the blockage,

Acknowledging the emotions we've been hiding from,

And allowing ourselves to feel them,

To truly feel them,

It only takes a few moments.

We are able to see that it's not so scary.

We're able to release them and move on with our lives.

So whenever you're ready,

Go ahead and close your eyes.

Find yourself in a comfortable position,

Either seated or laying down,

And be sure to have a supported neck,

Spine,

And knees.

Allow yourself to slip deeper into the present moment by becoming aware of your breath.

Just your natural breathing pattern in through the nose and out of the nose.

Notice every sensation,

The air entering your nostrils and filling your belly,

Your chest,

The air leaving your nose,

Emptying your belly and chest.

In the present moment,

You are safe.

You are secure.

You are grounded.

Whenever you're ready,

Begin to become aware of the emotion you have been avoiding or the emotion you've been holding on to.

Allow yourself to feel the emotion now.

Notice where do you feel this emotion in your body?

Maybe you feel it in your chest or your belly.

Wherever you are feeling this emotion,

Place your hands in this space.

Continue feeling the emotion,

Continue breathing.

And notice after some time,

The emotion naturally slips away.

And when it does,

Allow it.

Bingo.

How do you feel?

How has your mood shifted?

Go ahead and give yourself a hug and feel this love,

Compassion,

And forgiveness for yourself now.

Allow yourself to stay in this space as long as you would like.
