Hello,

Everybody.

Happy Sunday.

If you find this on Sunday,

But wherever,

Whenever you find this meditation,

Trust that that's the day that you're supposed to find it.

This is it.

This is going to be a somatic meditation for all the Chiron energy that is present,

Especially during the week of January 11th,

17th.

But if Chiron is activated in your chart,

For some of the reason,

There's a plenty of reasons why you find this when you find it.

And the notion here is that,

You know,

We're going to be able to hold tenderness and also be strong.

So let's go ahead and I'm just going to invite you to find a position where you can sit or lie comfortably and to check in with that position and allow notice that your shoulders are over your hips.

Notice that your spine is straight.

Also,

Wherever,

However,

You're seated or lying,

Allow your body to feel supported.

And just let your eyes gently close.

And take a nice slow breath in through your nose.

Taking a little bit more time with this breath.

And exhale through the mouth,

Let that exhale be longer and let that exhale be unforced.

Breathing in again,

The nose,

Just a gentle,

Easy breath,

Setting the tone,

Exhale,

Slow,

Easy release through the mouth.

One more time,

Breathing in and releasing.

Feel the weight of your body next,

Feel where your body connects to where you're seated or lying and feel yourself supported.

And notice that you're supported regardless and always,

Just like the sun shines for everybody all the time,

Gravity works for everybody all the time.

Mother Earth knows where all of her children are all of the time.

And maybe a thought to entertain or a personal statement here at the start.

I can be present with myself without fixing anything.

And that might be challenging,

But don't you think that's a good challenge?

I can be present with myself without fixing anything.

Just receive that if it feels right for you.

And now bring your awareness into your physical body.

Notice your forehead and your jaw.

Notice your shoulders and your chest.

Notice your solar plexus and your belly.

And as you're just connecting with your physical self,

Notice,

Entertain the question,

Where does vulnerability live for you today?

See if you can just instinctively hone in on a space where vulnerability exists.

You might notice tightness or warmth or dullness or just a sense of tenderness or exposure.

And as you notice,

Here is where the healing begins.

Rather than labeling that vulnerability as a problem,

Name it gently.

This is a place that needs inclusion.

This is a place that needs acceptance.

And as you breathe in next,

Breathing in through your nose,

But allow the energy of that breath to move towards this area without trying to change it.

Exhale.

Breathing in again.

Just allow the energy of the breath to move towards that space that feels vulnerable or tender.

And then release the breath.

One more time,

Breathing in.

Let the energy of the breath go to that space that feels tender.

And remind yourself that this week's medicine is not correction.

This week's medicine is presence.

And allow just the gentleness,

The consistency of your breath,

The energy of your breath to signal to that place that it is worthy,

That it is enough.

Now bring your awareness to your spine.

And from your spine,

Bring your awareness to your arms and your legs and your head,

To the bones of your body that are the stable 3D container for this physical part of ourselves.

And notice how the bones are holding whatever sensation is present.

Without judgment.

And nothing needs to spill,

Nothing needs to collapse.

There's just this quiet hum of presence.

And potentially say aloud or to yourself,

I can hold what I feel.

So instead of pushing something away,

Trying to get through it as quick as possible,

Be with it.

I can hold what I feel.

And allow the steadiness of the bones to support the tenderness that exists wherever it exists in your physical space.

And notice that this is a type of strength that does not harden.

Like I mentioned,

We're not pushing,

We're not bracing,

We're just being present.

And so now notice if there is any impulse to defend,

To justify,

To withdraw,

Or to push away the sensation.

And without acting on it,

Simply acknowledge that impulse.

We're acknowledging all of it,

Right?

So there's a part of me that's like,

Ready to be done.

And as you breathe in again,

Bring the energy and awareness of your breath to that space in your body that feels tender.

And as you exhale,

Imagine the exhale moving through your body,

Moving through your arms and your hands,

Moving through your legs and your feet,

Releasing any excess tension.

And if it feels right,

You can open and close the hands once or twice.

You can curl your toes and release them a couple times.

Taking a nice deep breath in through the nose,

Bringing your awareness here and now.

And exhale,

Just imagine that energy,

That breath is moving out through your arms and your legs.

And maybe quietly say aloud or acknowledge to yourself,

I do not need to protect myself from this moment.

I do not need to protect myself from this moment.

And just allow the energy to move without turning into reaction.

Allow the breath,

The steadiness and the presence of your breath to help you just simply stay here and now.

And now bring one hand to your heart and one hand to your belly,

Or just bring your awareness to both of those places if you don't want to put your hands on yourself.

But feel the connection between those centers.

And I've mentioned this before,

There's like an infinity loop with the plexus in the middle.

And just notice the quiet presence of all of those spaces,

The heart,

The plexus and the belly.

And ask yourself,

What does it feel like to trust myself here?

Don't search for words,

Just let the body answer.

And if these affirmations resonate with you,

You can speak them aloud or receive them.

I am allowed to take up space as I am.

I am allowed to take up space as I am.

And just feel the tenderness and the power in that.

One more time,

I am allowed to take up space as I am.

I am allowed to move and to exist at my own pace.

I am allowed to move and to exist at my own pace.

Just let these statements settle into the nervous system.

Receive them,

I'm allowed to move and exist at my own pace.

Bring your awareness back to your breath,

Easy breath in through the nose.

And releasing through the mouth.

And just feel that steadiness,

That always existing flow of the breath,

That tidal flow.

And then stop trying to force the breath and just feel the quiet strength that remains when nothing is forced.

Feel the presence of your consciousness and your truth.

And we'll close with three statements.

The first is I meet tenderness with presence.

I meet tenderness with presence.

I meet responsibility with care.

I meet responsibility with care.

And finally,

I carry all of myself forward.

Receive that,

I carry all of myself forward.

Wonderful,

And when you're ready,

You can just gently come back into the space and the place where you were listening and practicing this meditation.

You can open your eyes.

And maybe take a moment again,

Put your hand on your heart to be grateful for yourself for taking the time out of your day to practice this meditation.

Have an amazing week.

I'm grateful for you.

Bright blessings and so much love.
