Welcome.

The intention of this practice is to support a connection between self and parts.

One that fosters love and compassion.

A sweet moment to simply be with what is present.

Allowing the graciousness and abundance of yourself to make this connection possible.

So take a moment to get comfortable,

Allowing your body to rest in a way that feels natural for you.

You may gently close your eyes if that feels right for you.

Allowing your body to rest in a way that feels natural for you.

Gently arrive in this moment,

Feeling your breath as it moves through you.

Sense the you that is creative,

Connected,

Calm,

And courageous.

Feel this presence throughout your body,

Outside of your body,

With your senses,

However you experience and access self.

Take a deep,

Nourishing breath into that space,

Allowing it to expand,

Filling you with openness and ease.

And as you settle into yourself,

Recognize in this present moment that you are akin to all things and part of life itself.

Acknowledging the interconnectedness of yourself to earth and all other living beings.

And as you breathe deeply,

Feel the warmth of your essence settling within you,

Grounding and expanding.

Let this warmth ripple outward,

Embracing your entire being with compassion and acceptance.

And as it expand,

Notice how it touches every corner of your being,

Softening,

Opening,

And embracing all that you are.

Let it spread like sunlight through your body,

Filling even the places that may feel tense or unseen,

Holding them in gentle warmth.

From this place of clarity and connection,

Begin to invite your parts to join you and to be seen.

Invite your parts to come forward now,

Knowing that they can step forward in their own time and space without pressure,

But with love.

And as your parts gently make their presence known,

Let's begin with those that feel easy to love.

These parts might be light or open.

Maybe you often experience them as helpful or valuable for your life.

And so as you connect,

Offer them kindness,

Letting your heart naturally extend toward them,

Offering them these words.

May you be safe.

May you feel loved and supported always.

May you be well.

May you belong just as you are.

Repeating these words often or even editing them from your own heart.

May you be safe.

May you feel loved and supported always.

May you be well.

And may you belong just as you are.

Taking your time,

Loving on these parts that really,

Really show up for you.

And once this feels complete,

Invite those beloved parts around you to just move around as they would like to,

Maybe inviting them to settle,

To allow for connection with parts that you feel more neutral towards.

And if it feels right to just spend more time with these parts,

Feel free to just pause the meditation here spend more time with these parts that are easy to love.

But if it feels right,

Let's move to parts that you don't necessarily think of a whole lot or parts that don't seem to get in trouble or to hurt you.

Noticing what bubbles up inside and then offering them that same gentle care.

May you be safe.

May you be at peace.

May you feel embraced just as you are.

And may you belong.

Taking time.

May you be safe.

May you be at peace.

May you feel embraced just as you are.

And may you belong.

If there's anything your system feels like your parts need to hear from you,

If it's all right,

Go ahead and offer them those words as well.

And when it feels right,

Invite these parts to join the others and see if they're open to witnessing right now.

As we move towards parts of you that carry pain,

Struggle,

Or discomfort.

Even if this part is in pain or feels distant or angry,

I don't know that it's welcome here just as it is.

That it's not alone in its suffering.

These may be parts that carry pain or act out in ways that can create problems in your life.

And so with tenderness,

Extend compassion to this part or parts.

Offering them these kind words.

May you be well.

May you receive love.

May you be at peace.

And may you belong.

And invite these parts to let you know what they need from you right now.

Maybe what words of kindness would land on them in a healing and compassionate way.

And then taking your time and offering those words to them.

Those words of loving kindness.

May you be well.

May you receive love.

Or even may you know you are loved.

May you be at peace.

And may you belong.

Breathing into the areas of your body where these parts may live or show up.

And allowing that breath to reach them with love and kindness.

Allowing all parts of yourself now to rest in the warmth of yourself.

Offer them a shower of understanding and connection.

Maybe imagine a place where you can take a deep breath and imagine yourself embracing them in whatever way or form is fitting for you.

Maybe a big group hug or just slowly scanning what you're able to see visually with love in your eyes.

Breathe into the space of deep connection.

Letting loving kindness flow through every part of you.

Take a deep breath.

And as you exhale,

Feel the peace that you've cultivated here expand with you.

Maybe letting your parts know that you'll be coming back to them.

Or if it feels right,

Maybe journaling what this experience was like for you.

Carrying this sense of warmth and compassion into the world.

Knowing that it is always within you.

It is you.

Available in each moment.

Whenever it feels right,

Allow yourself to gently release the practice.

Thank you.
