Welcome.
Thank you for joining this guided meditation.
We'll begin by coming to a comfortable seat or a lying down posture,
Eyes closed,
Getting settled and ready for this meditation focused on collective healing,
Including the healing of the self.
The core of our practice will be Ho'oponopono,
A Hawaiian prayer,
A prayer that is focused on healing of the self and in turn healing the other,
A prayer that explores our connection,
Our connected nature,
And the connected essence of our collective consciousness.
Let's begin by putting our hands on our heart center,
That place just to the right of your beating heart,
Left hand first,
Right hand on top,
Beginning to tune in to the rise and fall of your breath,
Feeling the rise and fall of the chest,
Connecting to the heart center,
This very beautiful vortex that we have access to at any given time,
A vortex that alchemizes and neutralizes anything and everything into unconditional love.
Harnessing the power of this heart center,
We begin by taking a deep inhalation into the heart,
Breathing in profoundly and exhaling all the way out,
Out of the heart center,
Strengthening this connection.
Once again,
Deep inhalation into the heart center,
Breathing in using your imagination and exhaling out of the heart center,
Exhaling completely.
Once more,
Deep inhalation honoring the heart center and exhaling all the way out,
Repeating the phrases out loud or in your mind,
I choose love.
I see love.
I am love.
Using this phrase to open up the heart mind,
Acknowledging the interconnectedness that we all have.
We are and you are and I am love,
Pure unconditional love,
Innate goodness that is our true nature.
Keep breathing in and out of the heart center,
Opening yourself up to the frequency that lies within your heart,
That frequency of unconditional love,
A frequency that allows you to shift from ego mind to heart mind.
Applying a compassionate perspective,
Compassionate awareness to your practice,
Meaning that anything and everything that arises in your experience throughout your practice and life in general is welcome here.
All parts of you are safe here and we do not attach.
We do not judge any thoughts or emotions that are coming up.
We simply acknowledge them and we connect back to the heart as if saying I see you and then gently coming back to the breathing in and out of the heart center.
We'll begin the Ho'oponopono prayer.
The phrases are I'm sorry,
Please forgive me,
I thank you,
I love you.
I encourage you to say these phrases aloud if you feel safe and comfortable doing so.
You may also say them in your mind if you wish,
Simply repeating the phrases in your mind,
Chanting along either aloud or internally.
And as you're repeating these phrases,
It's as if you're speaking from the heart to the heart.
So you'll establish a deeper connection to this heart center.
And as you explore repeating the phrases,
You may weave in and out of directing the phrases to specific parts of you,
Perhaps past versions of you,
Maybe even specific people or groups of people,
And just allow that to happen.
Just observe the flow of where this prayer wants to go.
Without judgment,
Without attachment,
Simply allow this meditative prayer to flow where it needs to and remain the observer of your experience.
Present moment loving awareness is what you are.
Allow yourself to sink into that knowing.
Repeating these phrases along with me,
I'm sorry.
Please forgive me.
I thank you.
I love you.
I'm sorry.
Please forgive me.
I thank you.
I love you.
I'm sorry.
Please forgive me.
I thank you.
I love you.
I'm sorry.
Please forgive me.
I thank you.

I'm sorry.
Please forgive me.
I thank you.
I love you.
I'm sorry.
Please forgive me.
I thank you.
I love you.
Continuing to repeat these phrases on your own,
Aloud or in your mind,
Connecting to the heart center.
Connecting from the heart center.
Allowing anything and everything to pop up as it needs to and simply coming back to the phrases,
Coming back to the heart as you notice and observe.
Not attaching,
Not instigating.
Simply noticing,
Observing neutrally without judgment.
Being faced.
Continuing to repeat the phrases,
I'm sorry.
Please forgive me.
I thank you.
I love you.
I'm sorry.
Please forgive me.
I thank you.
I love you.
I'm sorry.
Please forgive me.
I thank you.
And I love you.
And taking a deep inhalation into the heart center,
Breathing in.
And exhaling all the way out gently out of the heart center.
Remaining with eyes closed if your eyes have been closed.
Just feeling,
Feeling the effects of this meditative prayer.
Simply noticing and not judging.
Just noticing if anything feels different or the same.
Simply observing,
Not labeling us better or worse.
Keeping the hands on the heart center.
Taking a moment to say thank you to your heart.
Thank you to yourself for taking a moment to cultivate change from within.
Taking a moment to set an intention of sending out the loving energy from this meditation out to all.
May the time that we have spent cultivating loving awareness and healing be of benefit to all beings everywhere without exception.
May all beings everywhere be happy,
Healthy,
And free from suffering.
May we all know the inner goodness that lies within.
Namaste.
Aho.
