Today, we will relax our bodies and let our thoughts pass away. As we focus on the silence between our thoughts we come back to being the resting peace we are looking for. Recharging our energy and focus so we can continue our day as the best possible self. Feel free to lay down during this meditation if you want to.

Welcome to meditation session 18.

Before we start let's do our preparations.

Find a position that supports your body and allow your mind to relax.

See if there is any more corrections you can do to your position.

Then let your body come to a rest.

Then say to yourself your intention with this meditation.

You can use your own words so follow along this.

Now I allow myself to set out the world aside and use this time for gaining focus,

Clarity and recharging.

Now I am doing meditation.

Very good.

Then we are ready.

Take a deep breath in.

Let go of everything else.

Breathe out and relax.

Into a nice and relaxed state.

Become comfortable.

As you listen to the sounds of this meditation and the sounds of my voice and relaxing more and more in your body you can let yourself drift into this pleasant state of relaxation.

Allow yourself to let go of the outer world and just put your focus inside on what is going on right now in this moment right here.

What sensations do you have in your body?

How does it feel when your body is still and relaxing?

And what thoughts are drifting through your mind?

Maybe it's still some thoughts of your day.

Maybe some thoughts of the future or from the past.

Let it all pass and direct your focus right here on just being in this moment,

Observing the moment as it passes.

Letting your chest and your stomach rise and fall as you breathe.

Watching the gentle sensations in your body as it moves when you breathe.

And letting your body relax,

Become comfortable in this position.

And let the distractions just be other experience passing you.

Just observing anything that might be here.

Letting go into just rest.

Just the present rest.

Breathing with your mind and with your body.

Letting go into rest.

And as your body resting and your mind starting to rest more and more,

You can give space for just conscious observing.

Give space for just observing of the moment.

Just to be in silence.

A silent being.

Moment to moment.

Being with the moment.

Just observing.

No judgement,

No labeling.

If there is any of that,

Just observe it too.

And it is now part of what is being observed.

And it is now part of what is being observed.

Letting all stress just sink to the bottom.

Allowing your body to rest.

Allowing your mind to rest.

Feeling up with focus.

Feeling up with energy.

Feeling up with clarity.

So that you can act from calm and wisdom.

And it is now part of what is being observed.

Gently,

Gently,

Begin to come back again.

As you slowly come back more and more,

Be aware of the sensations in your body.

How does it feel to be here and now?

Before you rejoin your day,

Take a few deep breaths and fill yourself up with gratitude and thankfulness.

For that you have taken this time to recharge and energize yourself.

When you are energized and refreshed,

This gives positive vibrations to your relationships and to your life.

And now come back and be aware of your surroundings again and get ready to continue your day refreshed,

Focused and relaxed.
