You deserve to live your life for you.
If you live your life sacrificing your own needs,
Wants and inner calling,
You will only betray yourself and go through life trying to cope with the pain of feeling unfulfilled and disconnected to yourself.
You deserve to live life fully,
In love and in joy,
While being your authentic self.
Yes,
We have family,
Friends and people that may want our support,
But that does not mean sacrificing yourself.
Relationships are actually key for our personal development as they activate parts within us that may need our presence and love,
And also make us have the courage,
Strength and vulnerability to choose truth and growth over comfort,
Control and past conditioning.
So,
If you are listening to this and you are facing discomfort and resistance or feel as though you are at a crossroad,
It is okay.
This is a catalytic moment for you to tune inwards and connect to yourself and listen.
These emotions that you are feeling are messengers,
They do not define you and they do not have to control you,
They are to be felt and listened to.

Take some deep conscious breaths in whatever way feels best to you and ground into your body and into this moment.
It is okay to feel the tension,

Peace,
Courage or whatever you may be feeling right now.
Allow it to be,

So breathe and relax in that knowing.

You are returning back to you and choosing to be the best version of you,
Not only for yourself but for all who cross your path.

Going into some self enquiry can be helpful to bring more conscious awareness to the things that are deeply affecting us and perhaps these are questions that we would rather not ask but we know it is important too.
