Thank you for being here today.

Find a nice comfortable seated or laying position,

Whichever you'd prefer.

Somewhere where you can relax and receive.

Getting comfortable and when you're ready,

Closing your eyes.

Knowing that you're so safe and protected in this moment.

Taking a deep breath in.

Letting it all out.

And taking another deep breath in.

Letting the chest rise.

Letting the belly rise.

Letting it all out with a sigh.

Allowing yourself to just land a little bit deeper.

Relax your shoulders.

Thank you for bringing yourself here today.

When your eyes are closed,

You're nice and comfortable.

I want you to imagine you're walking up a hill covered in grass.

You're walking up the hill and you're excited to get to the top.

At the top,

There's a beautiful cliff overlooking the ocean.

As you take each step,

You feel the wind blowing through your hair,

Refreshing you.

Allowing you to move all your worries out of your body with each step.

As you get to the top,

You begin to step close to the view of the ocean before you.

You decide to just sit.

Sit in the grass on the edge of the cliff,

Letting the wind clear your energy.

Letting the wind clear your thoughts.

And if any thoughts come up,

You simply imagine them coming out from the top of your head and being encased by a beautiful bubble.

Nice and safe.

Just allowing that bubble to float wherever it needs to float.

If another thought comes up,

Just allowing it to float above in a beautiful bubble from the top of your head out into the vast blue sky.

Just breathing and being here,

Just noticing.

Noticing how you're feeling,

Sitting here at the edge of the cliff,

Looking out at the ocean,

Beautiful view before you,

Feeling a sense of clarity and a sense of calm.

And if another thought comes up,

We're just going to allow it to move from the top of our head and place it in that beautiful,

Safe bubble for the moment.

Just let it float away.

Allowing yourself just to relax in a little bit deeper here.

Maybe you lay back in the grass.

Maybe you allow your arms to spread out wide,

Feeling the earth beneath you,

Feeling the wind moving past you,

A moment for just you.

Knowing that whatever you need to do,

Whatever answers you're needing will come when you allow the spaciousness for calm and clarity,

Just as you're doing today.

And if any more thoughts come up,

Just allow those thoughts to float away in those beautiful bubbles.

And when you're ready,

You can stand up in that beautiful grass once more,

Looking out before you.

And just notice the sense of clarity and freedom that you feel within this moment.

And know that you can take it with you throughout your day,

Ever so slowly,

Wiggling your fingers and your toes,

Coming back,

Back into your body,

Into the space,

Taking some of this beautiful energy with you today.

Thank you for being here,

And I'm sending you so much love.
