During this session you will get realigned and connected with one of the strongest healing powers that is already within you,
Your breath.
We will start with a short meditation and breathing exercise,
Followed by one of my poems,
Called My Breath.
To completely settle in,
We will take a few deep and long connected breaths together,
And after that you can follow your own rhythm.
Your rhythm of life,
Your rhythm of being.
Make sure that you will get comfortable,
You may be seated or laying down,
Whatever feels good for you.
Just make sure that you are completely relaxed and that no one can disturb you from being,
Not even yourself.
Now,
Relax your face and tighten your jaws and your tongue,
Drop your shoulders and get completely settled in.
Now take a deep breath through your nose and a deep breath out through your mouth.
Let's do this two times and let just all of your sorrows of today,
Yesterday or even tomorrow just flow away.
Let it all go,

Go.
Let the wind carry all your sorrows away.
Now we will do one round of seven long and deep connected breaths.
We will inhale through the nose for five seconds and then we exhale through the mouth for seven seconds.
Make sure that you are completely open to let go all of the you have led to let go and be ready to receive what you have to receive.
Just trust,
Trust on your breath,

Just be and observe how your breath makes you whole.
