We are moving into a meditative flow to embrace anger or any kind of rage. It's a guided movement meditation to connect in a deep way with your body & activate your inner wisdom & senses. Playing with limiting blocks and sweeten them through movement & breath. Increase your bliss & pleasure.

Welcome to our session of the day.
Rage,
Dancing anger.
And we will directly dive into it.
It will be a really fiery movement exercise.
And it's really powerful to allow your emotions to move,
Not in control,
But to really let your emotions be fully seen and expressed in.
And diving fully,
Fully in them.
And before we start,
I will share a small experience I had this week.
And I already.
.
.
Actually the anger was more hidden behind sadness and fear.
I was completely in a fear mood.
And so I took a friend and I was like,
Hey,
Do we have some time?
So we talked about it and we had a really long conversation.
It was really helpful and I was so glad to share and to be with him.
Then there was this moment where I felt,
Okay,
But actually I need to dive deeper into it.
And I went home.
And normally when my neighbors are having therapy next to my building,
They're aerobic classes and it's the worst shitty music ever.
Then it's for me exactly this time where I directly leave the house.
And I'm like,
No way,
I'm not listening to that.
I need to move.
So this time I was like the first time,
Yes!
I welcome this shitty music.
It's exactly my inner world and I need this music right now.
It's the best thing what could happen.
I'm changing this perspective of allowing what is there and allowing my shitty mood inside to fully be seen.
And then the anger was so,
So,
So strong.
And I went into my own process for about one or two hours just screaming.
And I also invite you,
Use your voice.
And if you need to be more quiet because you have neighbors or people around you,
Then find a way to still use your throat and it can be like ahhh with a longer exhale.
Or just like focusing on the exhale as in ahhh,
Sounding it just with the air.
If you can use your voice like ahhh then do it.
I fully invite you to use your voice,
The power of your voice.
As well,
Use your body.
If you need to jump,
If you need to stamp into the ground,
Even making a fist and like ahhh,
Feeling this anger,
Then do it.
If you feel like shaking or any kind of movement,
If you want to do it lying,
Sitting or standing.
For me it was definitely standing but also time to time maybe sitting especially if you do it longer.
So fully allowing yourself to move your body in any kind.
There are no limitations at all.
And allowing this inner fire and it's like you have a bonfire.
So we have a safe container of the bonfire,
Has stones around,
So it can't go everywhere.
But it will definitely burn everything inside.
And this is what I want you to do.
Allowing your bonfire inside to be activated,
To be felt.
And anger can as well move into tears,
Into sadness,
Into frustration,
Into joy and bliss as well.
So wherever it takes you,
I invite you to let yourself go,
Go into all the spaces.
Yeah?
And our journey will have four parts.
The first one is we are warming up so you don't hurt your body.
And the second part you fully express the rage,
The anger.
Wherever it takes you,
You fully go in and you give 100% because fire is everything.
It burns.
Then there comes silence.
And after the silence,
There comes the bliss and the joy of movement.
And it will be a new dance.
It will be more fluid and more choosy to invite new pleasure.
Are you ready?
And to make the circle around your bonfire,
You can also close the doors if you feel more safe then.
And maybe burn a candle,
Use some incense,
Clean yourself before you start and have enough space to move.
Or pillows to have it cozy to take care of yourself.
Once you are ready,
We will start.
In your possession,
It can be lying,
Sitting or standing.
And you always feel to move.
Put one hand on your heart and one hand on your belly.
Feel your breath.
And if you already fully feel the anger and fear,
Directly start moving.
If you need to activate your anger and rage first,
Then I invite you to imagine when have you been the last time blocked.
When was it?
When nothing worked and you were like,
Why is it not working?
You got super angry of someone.
Or something was just not how you wanted to be.
Any kind of anger in the last week,
Last month,
Last year.
Let it all feel and felt in its depths right now.
And once it's coming closer to you,
Move your body and don't move it in a watery,
Slow,
Soft movement.
Move it with fire.
Move it quickly.
With this softness inside to wake up your body.
But already with this fiery energy,
Like forward,
Burning.
And soonish,
I will support you with the drum.
But first really feel what is there.
Move.
There's no right or wrong.
Just move with your anger.
Do you already need to change your position?
Then do it.
Any kind of limit,
Break it.
And once you find a pattern,
Moving always left to right for example,
Then go forward and backward.
And once you discover you're doing here the same again,
Move it in another way.
Always break the patterns.
Nothing stays.
Burn it all.
Burn it all.
Burn it all.
Burn it all.
Burn it all.
Burn it all.
Move it all.
Feel your anger.
Be with it.
Be with all the emotions.
Move it.
And start to invite your voice.
Sound it.
Any kind of voice.
Bring it out.
Any kind of anger.
Scream it.
Do it.
Do it.
Go fully in.
Dance.
Move your body.
Scream.
Everything is allowed.
Go deeper.
Do it.
Do it.
Two more minutes.
Whatever you haven't released so far,
Go into it.
Move it all.
Dance.
Jump.
Scream.
Dance.
Dance.
Dance.
Do it.
Just one more.
Sound it out.
Take the next three breaths.
Sound it.
All the last movements you need to do right now to come into stillness.
And wherever you are,
Standing,
Sitting,
Or lying,
Find your point where you want to drop into silence.
Feel all the senses.
How are you feeling now?
If you need to cry,
Cry.
And just be.
Allow everything to be.
What are you feeling?
And after such a huge release,
I invite you now.
You can still stay eyes closed.
I invite you to go into a new dance,
Into a new movement.
And again,
Let your body take you.
And this time,
Just you made so much space inside.
Now it's a dance of bliss and pleasure.
Allow to invite what you want to invite in your life.
What brings you joy and harmony.
You made space.
Move your body in a new way.
You made space.
You made space.
You made space.

Now also come into stillness again.
Just feel afterwards.
You made space.
Give yourself a smile.
Take a deep breath in.
Feel your whole body.
And get aware of the beginning,
How you started and how you feel now.

I loved the experience of the drums and music! It felt sooooo good to move and express my anger so thank you so much for that. Personally I would have preferred the intro/speaking part to be shorter. It would be great to have similar tracks where we get to enjoy the movement part quicker, if that makes sense. Thank you once again for sharing. Loved the experience ๐๏ธ๐

Honestly such a cathartic experience. To be able to just feel everything and physically release all the rage without feeling the need to calm it in any way.. Just wow. So incredibly healing. I will be back. EXACTLY what I needed๐๐งฟ
