Okay,
My gorgeous,
Amazing,
Creative minds.
Today we're going to do a visualization meditation.
This is something you can do lying down on a yoga mat,
Lying down in your bed,
Or seated comfortably.
If you're comfortable,
Go ahead and close your eyes,
Get cozy.
You can pause me here if you need to take a little time to get situated.
And right off the bat,
I'm going to encourage you to set a sankalpa.
A sankalpa is an intention for growth.
And when we set this intention for growth,
Let's also consider the aspects of this intention where we might be releasing or letting go of something.
Using your eyes and connecting to your breath while you dig a little deeper to see what comes up as the intention you need to set for your growth in your life and in your creativity.
Once you have your intention,
Your sankalpa,
Start to connect deeply to your breath,
Bringing your awareness to your breath,
The rise and fall of your chest.
Allowing the breath to calm the body,
Bring a sense of ease over both your body and your mind.
And once this sense of ease has come over you,
Washed over you like a pool of water,
Like the rain,
Connect to the core of your being.
Connect to your center.
As you connect to your center and as your nervous system starts to slow down a little bit,
Notice any sensations in the body that are coming up.
Maybe there's a tingling sensation in your extremities,
In your fingers and toes.
Maybe you're experiencing warmth.
Maybe you're experiencing fatigue or tension.
You might be experiencing resistance to slowing down like this.
Whatever the sensation is,
Notice it and hold it with love for yourself.
Understanding in these places of discomfort is the true work of discovering ease and mindfulness.
So celebrate it.
Celebrate that you are doing the work to discover ease and to tune into yourself and into your vision.
As you connect to your core and connect to your center,
We're going to start to tune into the vision that you want to start to see for your life,
The vision that you see for your success,
For your creativity,
For how you feel in your day-to-day life.
Start by closing your eyes and feeling a sense of success.
Understanding the way that you want to feel in your future.
Then in your mind's eye,
Let's go through a gentle day in the life.
This morning,
And you wake up.
You wake up and you feel successful.
You feel energized,
Rejuvenated,
Refreshed.
You feel excited that you get to do all that you get to do with this day that you've been given.
Imagine the space that you wake up in.
The people that you wake up to and feel what it is like.
These sensations as they come up,
But stay connected to what this looks like,
This creative future,
This future of success,
Of waking up feeling refreshed,
Energized,
And ready to go,
Inspired to take on the day.
You move forward with your day,
You get ready,
You enjoy your morning.
You enjoy a morning walk,
Perhaps.
You enjoy the gifts of rejuvenation.
Perhaps maybe you enter a workspace.
Could be your own.
Could be a shared workspace.
Could be a temporary workspace if you're traveling in your future and in your vision.
Whatever it is,
Let's imagine what the space is like.
What is the environment like?
What are you surrounded by?
What have you surrounded yourself with?
Picture the colors.
Picture the light.
Is there lots of light coming in?
Are there pictures of your loved ones or is it very minimal?
What is in this sacred space of abundance and creativity for you?
And while you're here,
Let's tune into feelings of being proud of yourself,
Of abundance,
Of feeling like you have exactly what you need,
Feelings of being full,
Inspired,
Creative,
Expressive,
And of course bring in that sense of ease yet again,
Knowing that this is the vision that will work for you.
This is the environment that will work for you.
Hold it close to your heart.
We're going to take three breaths,
Inhaling through the nose and exhaling out the nose.
Again inhaling,
Taking it all in,
Exhaling to let the sensation set into your bones.
Inhaling again,
Exhaling.
A sense of ease and surrender comes over your body and gently bring a little bit of movement into your extremities.
Exhaling the fingers and toes,
Rocking the head from side to side,
Taking a few waking up movements to bring yourself back into this present moment.
Now that you have your vision with you,
You can carry it forward with love,
With action,
And with intention for your growth.
You can gently open your eyes when you are ready and start to take on the rest of your day.
This is the moment when you are ready to take on the rest of your day.
