Good morning,

Find a comfortable position where you won't be disturbed and gently close your eyes.

Take in a deep cleansing breath through your nose filling your lungs completely.

Hold it for a moment and then slowly exhale through your mouth,

Letting go of any tension or stress.

Allow your body to relax with each breath you take.

Focus your attention on your feet and feel them becoming warm and relaxed.

Allow this warmth to spread up into your legs,

Your thighs and your hips.

As the relaxation flows feel your muscles loosen and any tension melt away.

Move your attention to your abdomen and chest.

Feel your breath flowing in and out bringing calm and peace to your core.

Allow this soothing energy to rise into your shoulders,

Your arms and your hands releasing any tightness now.

Now bring your focus to your neck and head and feel your face and jaw soften.

Your eyes relax.

Your entire body is now calm and relaxed,

Open and receptive to positive change.

I'd like you to imagine standing in a beautiful meadow at dawn.

The Sun is just beginning to rise,

Casting a warm golden light over the landscape.

The air is fresh and crisp filling your lungs with every breath.

As you stand here you feel a deep connection to the earth beneath your feet and the sky above you.

In this serene place visualize yourself as healthy,

Strong and full of energy.

See yourself engaging in activities that nourish your body and mind.

Exercising,

Eating nutritious foods,

Staying hydrated and getting plenty of restful sleep.

Picture yourself now radiating health and vitality.

And now in your mind silently feel the truth of these words resonate within you.

I am strong,

Healthy and full of energy.

Every choice I make supports my health and well-being.

I'm committed to taking care of my body and mind.

I deserve to feel vibrant and alive.

Each day I become healthier and stronger.

I'm grateful for my healthy body and the energy it gives me.

Today is about doing good things for your mind and body.

You respect your body and you need to nurture your mind.
