So,

Just a few words about the anxiety and sometime in life we feel as if things are so overwhelming that maybe our body is not feeling well and then we don't see any hope and then we think,

Oh,

What will happen in the future?

And then we start to go down and,

You know,

Many many thoughts and spiraling down and sometimes the situation is really difficult.

Maybe also we are on our own and there's big big challenges.

And this is only,

Let's say,

Psychological challenges or physical challenges but people also dealing with life threatening challenges.

Many many people on this planet.

And I think we really have to practice very,

Let's say,

Strong,

Always a lot of determination to be able to pull out of this situation and not to be pulled in in those situation.

And luckily most of us are generally feeling quite okay so we can practice.

So when these situations are overwhelming we can pull out or we can remind ourselves.

But it's not easy.

It's not easy.

So we take this meditation as a training.

So if,

I hope for nobody,

But if this situation takes place we know how to pull out.

So in life there is like major difficulties but also sometimes there is a like a daily difficulty that suddenly boom something came that I'm really not feeling good about.

It can be a thought,

It can be some interaction with somebody and we feel bad.

And okay so let's train.

Let's train so we are ready.

Number one and most important I think is to acknowledge that I'm in a situation and that I'm overwhelmed by the situation and I want to get out of it.

This is number one.

So the minute we're recognizing already we did 50% of the of the work.

Now how is a different story but first of all I need to get out.

It's not good for me.

It's pulling me in.

It's make me more anxious,

Maybe more painful and really uncomfortable.

I need to get out.

Now getting out there are many many ways.

Yeah we can get distracted with food,

With Netflix,

With many things that are maybe a little bit addicting.

Or we can do other things that are more nourishing,

That are more powerful,

That are more will open up our soul.

Since we're talking meditation here let's focus on this.

Although this is not the only way to shift from an anxious mode into well-being mode.

I think if we meet with somebody and we're talking it's beautiful.

If we maybe go for a run or do something physical or for a walk in a beautiful place it's great.

Anyway that will start to give nourishment to our heart and take us away from the mind.

That will be very good for us.

But because we're dealing meditation here let's focus on that tool.

So number one is recognition.

It's overwhelming.

I don't like it.

I need to get out of that.

Okay so there are some obvious tool.

Tool number one is breathing.

You're just focusing on the breath and observing the breath how it comes in and out.

I mean we work on it.

I'll just mention the tools then we're gonna work on this.

But sometime the feeling is so overwhelming that we don't have even the ability to sit down quietly and to meditate or to breathe or we feel so agitated.

So tool number two is to move out completely of the observer of your body.

What does it mean?

Normally when we want to fix something,

To balance something,

So we do it in the ego,

In the realm of the ego.

Yeah I feel not good.

I feel agitated and anxious.

So let's say I'm focusing on my breathing and I'm starting to calm my breath so gradually I feel better.

This is great tool.

But let's talk about different tool.

Another tool is to check completely out of the scene,

Not physically,

But let's say spiritually.

What does it mean?

It means that I'm now not dealing with a situation with my mind to try to resolve it in any way.

I'm just pulling out completely.

Completely.

I'm not bothering now with my pain,

With my emotions,

With what will be.

Nothing.

Although all that is bothering me,

I'm pulling out completely.

This is the most powerful way but it's quite difficult because the mind really likes to give a good solution to the situation.

Let's start from this way and then we can go to more let's say conventional ways.

So what does it mean to go completely out,

To check out?

What does it mean?

It means that the mind that they try all the time to engage,

Engage,

Engage and help,

Help,

Help.

Now we ask it to completely disengage.

Not to deal with anything.

Let's try it.

Pay attention to your mind.

Pay attention to what it's doing right now.

Probably it thinks or maybe it's aware of something that maybe is not so comfortable.

So now the invitation is to drop any awareness of anything that happens within you.

That means checking out.

And doing what?

Doing nothing.

Nothing.

Allowing yourself to be in that place of no-thing.

Space.

Disengagement.

Em-ness.

Let's take a minute to be in no-thing.

Nothing.

The no-thing equal space.

Equal opposite of ego.

Equal unity with all there is.

Equals pure consciousness.

It's all different words for the same thing.

So when you're moving away,

Like completely disengaging from what is,

You are in the origin,

In the space,

In pure consciousness.

And it's not that you are there.

You are that.

Not only you are there.

So you don't keep your identity.

Like the drop of rain doesn't keep its identity once it meets the ocean.

It is ocean immediately.

So once your mind touches no-thing,

It is nothing.

It's not nothing.

It is no-thing.

Allows us to be there.

And as you're being in no-thing,

You're not disconnected really from matter.

But you're not identifying with matter.

Emotions,

Still there,

Maybe.

The mind maybe even is still active.

If there's physical discomfort,

Maybe it's still there.

But you're not that.

You are aware of that as well as you're aware of all there is.

That's why it's so powerful.

Because it makes suffering small.

Small in comparison to the infinite,

Infinite being which you are.

So by now your mind is as big as the whole creation.

It occupies the space of the whole creation.

And again it doesn't matter if the ego person is feeling something that is not comfortable.

Right now it's not the point.

Right now the focus is on the infinite being which you are.

Once you realizing back infinity and your true nature which is infinite being,

From there you start to balance.

Now you can call your emotions to harmonize with you as infinity.

Let's do that.

Let's invite our heart chakra to synchronize with infinity am I.

Infinity am I.

It's not I am infinite.

Infinity am I.

It's opposite.

And as infinity I'm calling part of me,

Part of creation which I call usually me,

As a name,

As a story,

Maybe as discomfort,

I'm calling that part to harmonize with infinity am I.

Infinity am I can be called God if you want,

Can be called Christ consciousness or Buddha being.

Many names but actually it has no name because before name before.

So let's call the heart chakra which normally holds emotions to synchronize with no name being infinite.

Now let's call our physical form to synchronize with infinity am I.

Especially if we have any discomfort anywhere in the body let's call that part to dilute into the infinite consciousness am I.

What does it mean?

It means that the physical body is every cell,

Every molecule,

Every atom or particle of an atom that consists who we are must be connected to infinity as well as to its physical manifestation.

So if part of my body is painful am I am and I am encouraging that part to synchronize with infinity the chances that it will start to flow and harmonize better is higher.

Okay so let's check again because we are dedicating this meditation to anxiety,

To feeling overwhelmed,

To feeling that the life collapsing,

You know to feel when we feel really really bad.

Let's just practice again dissolving in the ego and pulling back into infinity.

So this tool will be very very clear for us.

So if you have current situation that is difficult for you just introduce it again to your system or if you have something difficult happen in the past just to practice bring it again something you worry from it's difficult and you immediately feel how your system is pulling into tension into congestion into anxiety or fear or any difficult emotion.

Maybe you feel that your physical body is pulling in into pain.

Okay and now we're practicing again dissolving.

Let go.

Okay again expand your awareness to the whole creation completely completely infinite.

Infinity am I and as infinity again observe areas of tension within your human existence and invite those places to synchronize with the infinite being.

You are if we can say but actually everybody is.

Okay and to to get deeper healing let's try to recognize even more subtle imbalances in a human existence,

A human being.

So try to connect to vibrational energy,

Areas in your body that you feel that are vibrating and as I explained in other meditations normally when we feel vibration in the body it's kind of cool it's energy but it's a low vibrational energy because energy really should not be felt should be being not as through a certain sense.

So if you feel vibration in your body again as the whole creation invite that vibration to synchronize with infinity am I.

That you are all there is and you're calling a tense part of your being to synchronize and dissolve.

Be clear if you work with the vibration recognize exactly where is it manifesting,

How is it manifesting and then it will dissolve.

Stay away from identifying as ego,

Stay away from that stay infinite.

Now what's cool about this state is that it's not a ego state so in infinity am I you are the whole creation.

Meaning that if you connect now to as the whole creation to somebody else that is suffering you can invite them to harmonize in you as the whole creation is a case you invited what you called you because you are everything.

As everything your capacity to support harmonization of you of others is very very very expanded and strong.

So let's connect to somebody or various people if you want that now they find life difficult and they can use support to synchronize with infinity and exactly like you did for yourself now invite them to that space and invite their attention to synchronize with infinite with infinity am I.

The power of your mind is actually the strongest power there is in creation.

The minute you include in your awareness the whole creation and somebody who suffers the immensity of a transformation cannot be described.

But you have to be very very clear about what's happening.

When we keep that state of infinity am I as our identity actually what we are doing we're calling as the whole creation parts of us we call different people to dissolve in us as the ocean of creation as if we're inviting the drop of the rain to become ocean.

Beautiful.

So next time I mean not next time because this is the state ideally that we are in all the time but especially if we feel that we get pulled into the drama of life and when the drama become really really strong and severe yeah remember to check out completely,

Completely yeah disengage disengage but re-engage with the truth then everything will lose its intensity you're gonna feel much better really fast.
