Hey my friend,
Big welcome to this meditation.
Let's take this time to calm down,
To calm this emotional tsunami you are right now feeling and experiencing.
So because what you're experiencing is very powerful,
Let's start with a stronger breathing just to start to calm and relax the nervous system.
Allow yourself to sit comfortable or if you want to lie down and just start to focus on breath,
Breathing a bit deeper than normal and don't worry about your mind because it's very agitated.
Slowly it will calm down for sure.
Just follow the breath,
Breathing deeper than normal and start to visualize your whole body as you inhaling,
Imagine that the breath spreads all over the body,
Nourishes all over the body,
Goes to your toes,
To your fingers,
To your head,
To the roots of your hair.
Deep breaths that fills the whole body.
Breathing in deep,
The whole body expands like a balloon,
Exhaling and relaxing.
Again breathing deep,
To the whole body,
Exhale and relax.
And one more time,
Breathe deep to the whole body.
Balloon is expanding,
Expanding,
Expanding.
Exhale and relax.
Let's keep breathing less forceful as before but now visualize that that balloon is wider than your physical form.
So when you inhale to the whole body you're also inhaling outside the body and this balloon expands further out.
Let's inhale,
Let's inhale deeper but not as strong as before,
Not as physical as before.
Try to expand more with your awareness and less physically by forcing a lot of air into the body.
Let's inhale with expansion.
Remember you are wider than your physical form.
Expand,
Expand,
Expand.
And now relax,
Exhale and release all this tension out from the body.
Again inhale deeper than normal,
Wider than normal,
Expand the balloon wider than your physical form and release.
Exhale,
Soften.
One more time,
Even softer,
Deep breath.
Focusing on expansion and expansion and exhale.
Beautiful.
And now let's continue observing the breath,
Not forcing it,
Not visualizing it,
Just observe how the breath moves in and out.
And start to become aware of your pelvic floor.
And as you inhale visualize that the breath is gently making its way all the way to the pelvic floor and the pelvic floor,
Like a very soft membrane,
Expands downwards creating space for the breath to fill up the body.
When you exhale,
Allow yourself to soften.
Let all tension dissolve from the physical form.
And again inhale all the way down to the pelvic floor,
Let it expand downwards like a soft membrane.
Exhale,
Release tension.
Again you are soft,
You release all tension from your body.
Let's repeat one more time.
Breathing into the pelvic floor,
Softening the pelvic floor,
Let it expand gently downwards.
Exhale and release tension.
I'm calm,
I'm relaxed,
I'm comfortable again.
My mind is soft,
My eyes soft,
My face soft.
I allow my eyes to soften down so the life force can gently flow in my body from heaven to earth.
As if a stream of nourishment,
Of softness,
Of caressing from heaven in and out your body,
Softening you downwards,
Relaxing your mind and caressing you from heaven to earth.
Allow that feeling to be present within you,
That you are nourished,
That you are loved,
That you are taken care of,
That everything is absolutely fine.
