How blessed we are,

We can be here together and meditate.

Because meditation helps us let go of everything and become centered again in the truth.

And the truth is not somebody's,

It's just what it is.

And it's quiet,

And it is with no movement,

And it's with no thoughts,

And it's with no ideas,

And nothing.

It just is.

Life is life,

And it's pushing us and bashing us here and there.

But the gift of meditation helps us all the time to come back to center.

And the mind might tell us many stories that life is like this,

And we should be like that,

And many,

Many,

Many stories.

And it's not to reject those stories.

But while we're doing whatever we do,

And how we do,

It's important to come home and to harmonize.

Now,

In this meditation,

I want to focus on the simple harmonization between one and all.

Between one and all.

Because just outside,

What we call us,

There is stillness.

And inside,

What we call us,

Sometimes there is stillness,

And many times there is a lot of noise.

And when we synchronize the infinite with the noise,

Then the noise starts to dissipate,

And we start to feel much better.

This is very important,

Not only to practice,

But to remember.

Because when life becomes really too much sometimes,

Or many times,

Then it's difficult for us to remember that actually we have to let go.

It's difficult for us to remember that there is a quiet place that is beyond the trauma.

And that quiet place really is the truth.

It's the space where the drama unfolds.

As much as we're practicing and connecting to this quiet place,

Then it's kind of in the back of our existence more and more.

And we don't fall trapped into the drama and forgetting completely the truth.

So let's focus this meditation to reconnect with Source,

To reconnect with stillness,

To reconnect with the peace which is available for us right now and always.

For that,

There is only one portal.

It's now.

That's the only portal you can go from a lot of noise,

A lot of difficulties,

Into presence.

Only through the portal of now.

The mind is not always enjoying to let go of the drama,

But it has no choice if you want to harmonize.

But the good news is that we need the mind to harmonize.

So although it likes the drama,

We can also employ it to harmonize.

And then it will shift from drama into peace.

So let's bring the mind into the now.

And if you do it on your own,

You can always choose whatever object you want.

Because all object besides thinking is now.

You can go to your breathing,

You can go to sensations in the body,

You can even focus on external object,

Doesn't matter really what.

But it's,

Let's say,

Easier to start within and then expand outside.

And like this,

It's easier to calm the mind.

So let's go inwards and let's just check what's going on within.

So by checking,

We're already helping the mind instead of reacting,

We're helping it observing.

It's a different state of being.

So allow your mind to observe what's going on.

What do I feel?

Just pay attention.

Anything will do.

Emotions,

Physical sensations,

The quality of the breath,

Anything will do.

Just pay attention.

And just to,

Kind of,

That we can all synchronize together,

Let's just connect,

For example,

To the emotions.

What is the state of emotions that we're experiencing right now?

And not only what,

Also where.

Is it in the chest?

Is it in the throat?

Or in any other part of the body?

Then let's pay attention to the mental state.

Do we feel that the mind is quite busy,

Is moving fast?

Or is it quiet?

Is it quite still?

Remember that you're not the mind,

You're observing now.

Then we can go to the physical body.

Is it quiet?

Is it comfortable?

Is it has some pain or discomfort?

Again,

You're not the physical body,

You're observing it.

Then let's pay attention to the breath.

Is it shallow?

Is it deep?

No need to change,

Just observe,

Just observe.

And then,

Before we continue,

Stay connected.

And then check where you're observing from.

When we say,

You're observing,

But you're not what you're observing.

So,

Where are you observing from?

What is that place of observation?

Try to recognize that,

That's very important.

If you pay attention to thinking,

Where you pay attention from?

If you pay attention to your breath,

Where is it from?

Or to any other object?

Okay?

So,

If you kind of located the place from which you're observing,

Then you can see very clearly that you can move that quality of observing from different places or to different objects.

It's a bit like a flashlight that you're shining light on objects.

So,

As we did it inside the body,

Let's do it outside the body.

Okay.

So,

Let's first observe the skin and the vibration of the skin,

Which is already the energy field that our body is surrounded by.

But just attach,

Attach to the skin.

As if you're feeling that our skin vibrates,

It's so alive.

And it's so alive that you can sense that it has a volume or it is spacious.

You cannot really feel the exact physicality of it because it's a field.

The skin is a field.

So,

Already you are aware now of your energy field that is very,

Very close to the body,

Attached to the skin.

Now,

Expand your awareness further out from the first layer of your aura and just expand further out.

It doesn't matter how far.

Wherever intuitively you feel,

That's the space I would like to observe.

And just see what you're getting further out from your physical form.

That's also,

Let's say,

Your existence.

You're not existing only as a body.

You're existing as a body with energy field.

Energy field is completely part of you,

Like your heart or like your eyes.

Or like any other part.

Observe your energy field.

Is it quiet?

Is it heavy?

Is it radiant or dense?

Just see what comes.

And trust yourself.

You don't need to be specialized in energy reading or anything.

Just trust yourself that when you are giving an object,

Your system will manifest and will give you the information how that object feels like.

Wonderful.

And now we're expanding more.

And now we're actually expanding to infinity,

So there's no boundaries anymore.

So your sense of being,

You can say your body,

Or your body of being is the whole creation,

Is boundless,

Is infinite.

Now the same awareness that we started,

Becoming aware of the breath or emotions or sensation in the physical body,

It's the same awareness that is connected to infinity.

It's exactly the same.

You can think about infinity as well as an object,

Like your knee,

Like your shoulder.

It's important to understand that any object we're presenting to consciousness,

To awareness,

This is what it will perceive.

It can be infinite or it can be a cell,

A blood cell or an atom or a gene.

It doesn't matter what.

The whole creation radiates and your awareness perceiving the whole creation,

Big as small.

So now we're in a state that we are aware of our infinity.

And now the next step is synchronization.

Because the fact that we are aware of infinity,

It doesn't mean that necessarily we feel good as a human right now.

We might still feel very emotional or anxious or nervous.

Or our mind might be still,

Not quiet,

Etc.

But what's important here,

The most important,

Is to acknowledge that who you are is everything.

Who you are actually is the consciousness,

Is the awareness that perceives everything.

That's who you really are.

And then you are as well a human being,

Because this is what your awareness is perceiving,

As well as infinity.

It's not contradicting.

But you're also me and I'm you.

And you are the stars and the galaxies and the infinite space.

You are everything.

But not you the person.

You as awareness.

So what we're aiming now,

To achieve now,

Is synchronization between the infinite being which you are and the person which you are as well.

For that we're calling for synchronization between the whole creation and our human being-ness.

And we can divide that process of synchronization into different parts,

So it'll be easier for us to perceive the changes.

If you do this meditation on your own,

So you can always start with the most pronounced discomfort that you're experiencing.

But for us to do it together,

Let's start and call our heart center to synchronize.

I'm calling my heart center to synchronize with all there is.

Remember that you are already all there is.

You're not inside your body pushing energy outside to something external.

You are all there is and you're calling part of you to synchronize with infinity you.

No need to do anything beside that establishment of the truth.

Me as the whole creation,

Calling the heart chakra of me as the person to synchronize.

That's all.

Then you just observe what's happening.

When your heart chakra becomes infinite,

That's a pretty powerful,

Extremely powerful experience.

Okay?

Now let's call our second chakra.

The energy center just above the pubic bone is called as well the sacred chakra.

I'm calling my sacred chakra to synchronize with infinity.

Infinity am I.

Remember you are everything calling parts to synchronize.

Your system knows the truth so well.

Don't complicate with your mind with thinking.

Just say it and everything will adjust on its own because your system knows it's only the mind that's forgotten.

Each cell,

Each molecule is craving unity.

Just invite and it will take place.

Nothing more.

Okay?

And then let's say invite any sense of nervousness,

Anxiety,

A sense of a vibration within our system that feels off.

It feels in a different vibes compared to the ocean of peace which we are.

As creation we are that.

But it doesn't mean that creation is peaceful.

It means that what makes all worlds is peace.

What makes everything is the essence which is completely still.

That's who you are.

We call in the nervous system to come and synchronize with infinity as infinity.

To come home.

To harmonize vibration.

This state of complete unity and synchronicity between your human-ness and the infinite being which all there is,

You are,

Is extremely healing.

There is zero resistance because all the bits and pieces of your human-ness is in synchronicity with their source.

If you still feel that any part of your human being is off,

Just invite it to synchronize.

Great.

Now let's acknowledge the presence of each other that we are sharing this space.

Because we are all sharing in the present moment,

In the now.

We are in the same place.

It doesn't matter where we are physically on this earth.

It doesn't matter even if we are in physical form or no physical form.

Because this now is now.

It's a space that is beyond time.

And while sharing this space,

Let's invite loved ones,

Family,

Friends,

Animals,

Plants,

The whole earth,

Whoever you feel you'd like to invite to this space so they as well can synchronize and harmonize and benefit from the healing offered here.

Beautiful.

When you're in this state of being,

Anyone you're inviting will immediately benefit,

Extremely benefit.

Beautiful.

When we move out of the meditation,

Of course it might feel different,

As if the magic is over.

But it's never over.

Because that's who you are.

And in order to establish more deeply in that state of being,

One thing is actually practicing exactly like now.

Because we're teaching our nervous system the truth.

Not the truth of thinking,

The truth of being.

So it just knows by habit to establish itself very fast in that state.

Number two,

We try to introduce compassion,

Gratitude,

Humbleness.

All those qualities helping the mind to acknowledge infinity.

To acknowledge that it's actually part of an infinite,

Infinite existence.

Not a separate,

But one with that.

Blessing to everybody.

Wherever you are on this beautiful planet.
